Spring ski At Breck
Reviewed 4 days ago

First time skiing in April and conditions were awesome. Stayed in Mountain thunder again and can still ski to the back door. Front desk staff are super helpful and not ask is to much for them. We stayed in a nice two bed upgraded unit overlooking the ski run at the back. Being able to ski to the back door but only 1 block from main street is great so in an evening just walk the one block to main street and then stagger back afterwards. Highly recommend this place!

Townhouse 400 is Amazing!!
Reviewed 3 weeks ago

We stayed in the three bedroom unit 400 and it was awesome. We stayed with three other families that were also in other townhouses for a ski vacation. The townhouse was big enough to have meals for all 4 families to gather and comfortable sleeping. The on demand shuttle was an amazing for all the kids and adults. We did not have to get in our car at all the whole time we were there. Highly recommend Mountain Thunder and Unit 400.

Mountain Thunder Lodge- First rate staff and management.

We started visiting Breckenridge about four years ago, it is one of our favorite places in the summer time. The area is filled with great summer outdoor adventures for the family; rafting, fly fishing, biking and of course Epic.
This will be our first winter/skiing trip, that review will be forthcoming.

We have always stayed at Mountain Thunder Lodge and this year is no different. We had a slight issue with booking but Sam and the management team ( Kendallyn Baker) were outstanding about working with us. The staff has always been first rate and the accommodations excellent.
The lodge is in a great location, walking distance to town, stores and the gondola. The townhomes that we have stayed in have all been nicely furnished and updated, but we only rent through the lodge itself, no VRBOs, and that may make a difference??
Overall a great place to stay with outstanding staff and customer service.

Not sure if I would return

We stayed a total of 9 nights. Felt very sick and stayed all day in the apartment for the first 4 days. The apartment is not spacious and only has one bathroom. The windows are quite small but the view is gorgeous. The kitchen was fully furnished, everything was provided. They have a shuttle service that is very practical but if you are planning to stay in the apartment that has 1 room, it's only for a couple or a couple with small kids. Paying extra you get a cleaning service, if not they only change the towels and bed linens every two days. At the reception the ladies are very helpful, specially Alexa. The place is not bad.

Loved it so much we stayed a bit longer

We rented a one bedroom condo and were suppose to stay 3 nights, we loved it so much we ended up staying there longer. The condo was nicely decorated, and kitchen well equipped. The location was so close to the main st that we hopped the tram each evening for a stroll. It's also very close to the Gondola and wonderful restaurants.
