We'll be back soon!

This was our first visit to Beaver Creek and it definitely exceeded our expectations. We found the village even more beautiful than Vail and Aspen. Lots of great restaurants, stores and outdoor activities for both adults and kids. There was an skating rink, free yoga at the base of the mountain, movies under the stars, concerts and a lot of great things to do.

What made our visit even more enjoyable was our perfect stay at The Pines Lounge. The staff was super friendly and helpful. All of them greeted us with a smile every time. They efficiently fulfilled every one of our request with a positive attitude. They were all a great example of amazing guest service. They made us feel welcomed at all times. I just wished they had nametags to be able to mention some names. We especially remember a girl at the Front Desk with dark her and the girl bartender with blonde hair. They were both really efficient, courteous and friendly. By the way, the restaurant was awesome! The food, drinks and service were the best in town. At night it gets pretty busy in a fun enjoyable way. It was a little expensive but totally worth it. If you visit Beaver Creek you really need to go there at least once.

We also enjoyed the fitness center, the pool and the hot tub. They were kind of small but good enough to have fun and relax.

We loved our room and all the amenities in there. The room was really spacious with a wonderful huge window and a view of the mountain.

Another touch we appreciated was that, in the morning, they had complimentary Starbucks coffee and tea on each floor. It made me so happy to wake up to the smell of fresh coffee!

We are already planning on going back really soon! It's one of our favorite spots ever!!

Gorgeous views!!

We recently stayed at The Pines Lodge while visiting Colorado. It was our first visit to Beaver Creek even though we have visited Colorado frequently and lived there for a couple of years. The views from our spacious, comfortable room were gorgeous. The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything about our stay was great. We hope to come back for another visit!

The staff is exceptional.

Everything was perfect and WAY above expectations. It is apparent that customer service is the number one priority of Pines Lodge.

Our room and the view from it was wonderful - the bed was very comfortable, amenities were plentiful and drinking water was provided - at no charge, unlike some hotels in which we have stayed.

I could go on, and on, and on...Pines Lodge has my highest recommendation.

We stayed here and it was winter. Absolutely gorgeous. Advice: find the back road into the village (there is a shortcut without having to get the taxi or shuttle) ... also, appreciated the choc chip cookies freshly baked daily!! Ps. Get the lamb at the restaurant opposite “Splendido at The Chateau”! Photography heaven!
