I was "this close" to having a perfect experience. Honestly there is very little they could've done to make my stay perfect. They were "this close". I guess the older I get the more demanding and picky. For example I wished the hot tub was closer to my unit. Again not their fault. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Stay at the GANT

Given that this was one of the best winters for snow in 100 years my expectations for a wonderful ski holiday were high. But the Gant "service with a smile" brought the time in Aspen to a seamless experience. Hot towels by the pool, Gant Van drop off, Housekeeping expedience and a staff always willing to do more than expected was appreciated. Thanks;)

Very nice

Dear readers,

Our 1 bedroom apartment was very comfortable and clean.
With a fully equipped kitchen. That’s always a plus point in my eyes as I love to cook for my family especially BF and dinners. There is a washing machine and a dryer that I happily used.
We had firewood on the balcony for our fireplace but you need to open the hatch otherwise the smoke will be in your room.
The bathroom is very small but it has a heating system that we all loved!!
The bed was very comfortable too, as well as the living room sofa.
The coffee was great! Big thank you.
We had a fantastic view to the mountains too and parking is free.
Staff are very helpful and polite.
Enjoy your stay, btw everything is close by - so no need of using your car.
My son said it has everything and he was happy.

Comfortable condos with two outdoor hot tubs and good size heated pool

The Gant is a very nice place to stay in Aspen. I was here for a week in March with a ski group. Location wise it's right on the edge of downtown just a few blocks to shopping, grocery store, restaurants and base of the gondola. The on call Gant shuttle however will take you everywhere within city limits and is very convenient. From 9-11 am and 3-5 pm the shuttle will run on a continuous basis ferrying guests between the condo and downtown (bus terminal/gondola base). So not ski in/out but not far and no walking necessary getting to the slopes or grocery shopping.

The condos our group had were 2 and 3 bedrooms (however the Gant also has one bedrooms). Having seen both the two and three I'd say that if sharing with a roommate the two bedroom condos is more preferable, in that besides the master bedroom the double room has two full size beds. The three bd condo I saw had two master bedrooms with one king or queen each and a double room with two tiny twin beds, and the room was also on the lower level of the duplex, not on same level as kitchen and living room and the masters, so felt much more cramped. There's also a pull out queen sofa bed in the living room that's actually firmer than the overly soft bed. Both the 2 and 3 bedrooms have a wood burning fireplace, which at first I thought was a bit troublesome to use but came to appreciate - it was actually quite easy to light and keep going and there are stacks of firewood on the porch or balcony.

Facilities: There's not much of a public space at the Gant. The lobby/office has a couple of chairs but is very small so not ideal for any number of people to hang out. There is a cafe but when not open is locked. The two outdoor hot tubs (Max 12 each) and heated swimming pool are wonderful. Usually incrowded except for a half hour or so during afternoon peak time. The pool is actually long enough to swim laps in especially if you have it to yourself (good for 10-12 easy strokes). Depending on where your room is you might have to walk a bit outdoors in the cold to reach the pool area. No bathrobes provided but heated towels are available poolside. There is also a small gym with nice changing rooms, and a tennis court covered with thick layer of snow (so no winter tennis!). There is daily housekeeping which is more service than any other condos we've stayed at. Staff will store skis for you if you don't want to lug them to your room. For the least amount of walking try getting a ground floor room near the office in front - where the shuttle departs.

Attractive property with comfortable condos. Convenience of constant transportation with friendly drivers sets this facility apart.
Housekeeping needs work. cheapest toilet paper and tissues...reminded me of a public facility and not a 5* hotel. Small details not fully maintained like humidifiers.
Swimming pool too cold. Front desk staff mixed. some caring and others not.
