Elevator in Villages malfunctioned.
No crib in room upon arrival despite 3 phone calls and additional request at check in.

Family trip to The Village

The rooms and amenities are great. Everything is clean and we love to go in the off season because it is so peaceful. Can't beat the beach location. I will say that I feel like the customer service is not as good as it has been in previous trips and the construction that is ongoing might have something to do with that.

Stayed for a wedding. Our condo was a little dated, but nice. Enjoyed the beach and pool. Would return. The food in the restaurants was good. Easy to get around and the staff was always helpful and friendly

Love the area, not the best villa
Reviewed 2 days ago

Mariners Watch 12A location was great. Beach was close and loved quite.
The villa itself really needs updating. This villa was clean, but lacking for the price. The Deck needs repair, old broken furniture, proch is not screened... the only beach front property I’ve ever rented without a screened porch.
We visit the area several times a year, this is first time I felt the property was not representive of the price.

Go for wings on Wednesday at the Salty Goat. Can't beat the view from the penthouse. We were given a $ 10 credit and were unable to use on a bottle of wine in Hudson's even though the coupon did not specify, were were spending well over the $35 stated amount on non sale items..
