How to Get There
My overall experience at this hotel was GREAT! Rooms were immaculate. Customer service was great. Restaurant and shops all in walking distance. I felt really safe walking at night. Most restaurants in the area close at 2am.
We checked out this morning after a 4 night stay. Overall, it was a good experience.
Location - right on King St. close to shopping and restaurants
Spacious-the king suite was very open and spacious. The couch was big enough for both of us to sit on at night to watch a little TV
Comfortable- the couch and bed were very comfortable
Huge shower - the shower was huge and had a large shower head.
Full size refrigerator with ice maker
Very thin walls. We heard the TV of our neighbor and a baby crying across the hall for over an hour.
Breakfast-the egg white omelet was terrible!! Two bites was all we could handle. Very limited selection. If you don’t want carbs, skip the free breakfast.
Very dusty wall behind the bed. The dark brown wall gave a warm feeling in the bedroom; however, it needed a serious dusting!
This is a great location with public parking virtually attached. Easy access to Charleston free shuttle routes. Room was updated and clean...and who does not like a breakfast included with their stay??!!
We just returned and I felt I needed to let the Hyatt know how much we enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt House Charleston. Our reservations were handled so easily - online and check in took about a minute. The location was perfect for a first time Charleston visitor. The room was so very nice, spacious and inviting. Breakfast were very good. I especially liked the bite-size monkey bread one morning. And staff was ever-so-helpful. We will definitely recommend.
Great Location and awesome breakfast. Rooms were very nice and the hotel has a very modern feel inside. Only drawback was one of the elevators be out of service during our entire 6 day 5 night stay but other than that inconvenience it was a very enjoyable stay.
