Nice hotel, one bedroom is not an “upgrade”
Reviewed 2 days ago

I was “upgraded” to a one bedroom from my reserved standard king because they did not have any left. It was not an upgrade with a kitchen and tiny bedroom. My ironing board was broken and it too over 30 minutes to get one in the morning during which time I got hung up on TWICE by the front desk lady. Overall nice hotel and all of the other staff was very nice just watch out for “upgrade if you don’t need a living room or kitchen.

If you have business and family in Downtown, Mount Pleasant and West Ashley. Area restaurants have late night menus. Bar soap, no shower gel and breakfast served daily (I did not have an opportunity to partake). Intermittent valet attendants.

Great location!

I enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt House. The rooms were nice and clean. The location is excellent and the breakfast was great! The staff was nice and friendly. The only issue I had was I could hear my neighbors. Also they do not provide lotion in the rooms. You can ask the concierge for it but they don't refill it in the rooms for some reason (thought it was strange). Other than that my stay was very pleasant. Everything is walking distance. They have nice restaurants and bars in the area,

The Hyatt House in Charleston is conveniently located. Well-kept Hotel with a very helpful staff. I traveled from Michigan and other members of my family staying at the Hyatt were from California and Nevada. Would gladly stay there or another Hyatt House whenever I'm traveling.
