Great location downtown. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. They are undergoing a major renovation at this time, but the property is clean and comfortable. Located around the corner from the Market, you can walk to many restaurants and sights.

Undergoing renovation

My business group had a small conference at the hotel. The property has been sold and they are renovating. It is dated but the staff made up for the renovation. Late afternoon wine and cheese. Very good continental breakfast. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The location is very desirable. Can walk to restaurants and shopping.

When I made reservation they did not tell me hotel was under construction. Got there and our room was dated, dirty, and hot. Air was not working correctly. Room was pricey so I thought it would be half way decent. Boy, was I wrong!

Great location for sightseeing and great food nearby. We try to spend long weekends there every year if possible. Cost of parking is a little steep, but any parking downtown is expensive. This hotel is also in a very safe area.

Double charged for 1 of three nights
Reviewed 3 weeks ago

My wife and I along with another couple stayed three nights last week, The hotel was quiet even during remodeling. We left on May 31. It wasn't until the next day that I checked my receipt that had been emailed to me, When going over the receipt, I discovered that I had been charged twice for one of the nights. We stayed three nights and were charged for four. I contacted the hotel and was informed they could not help as the hotel management had changed at midnight on the 31st. It was no longer a Double tree by Hilton. WE were not informed during our stay that the hotel was changing names and management. i checked with the second couple. Upon checking there receipt, they discovered they had also been charged twice, While we will receive a refund from Hilton, This is still disturbing that we were both overcharged. I jsut wonder how many other people were overcharged.
