Overview

Boutique, Renaissance-inspired Pattaya pad with white-glove service, a pool and spa

The Lowdown

Ninety miles outside of Bangkok and within walking distance to the beaches and attractions of Pattaya, the 70-room Four Seasons Place melds traditional Thai hospitality with an unexpected dose of classical Mediterranean styling. Twin seven-story buildings house all-suite digs that frame a central outdoor pool, and a fully equipped fitness center and holistic spa provide hotel-based exercise and relaxation beyond the nearby beach. The main restaurant, Season’s Café & Bar, serves European and Thai fare in the dining room, poolside or in the comfort of your own room. Looking for a bit of a scene? Hip Harlem Bar mixes up cocktails day and night.

In the Area

Catch a pachyderm parade at Pattaya Elephant Village, just off Phonpraphanimit Road, or have an elephant encounter of your own with a personal ride around the village. Sriracha Tiger Zoo in Chonburi Province also offers elephant shows, as well as crocodile, pig and tiger exhibitions. Spend a half-day touring the tropical flora of Nong Nooch Village, with door-to-door transport available right from the hotel. And for a look at life beneath the surface, hit up the Pattaya Dive Centre, offering two-dive excursions including all equipment, as well as PADI Open Water certification.

Cold and Unfriendly staff

I travelled with two of my sisters and kids , as we were awake all night and we were supposed to reach at 9:30 am thus had requested for a early check-in .

The manager at reception was really unfriendly as he dint bother that we have kids with us or we were awake the whole night he said we can give you a room subject to extra 2000 thb for half day.

I told him people in hotels considering the room is available do allot the room early out of courtesy .

He was indifferent.

Here i mean to say yes hotels have there policy but sometimes humanity is what should come first.

Been to many countries but this was a first for me .
Highly disappointed, wont recommend nor will i come back here.

We had wait at the lobby , get freshen up in the common washroom as we had to leave at 11 am for our city tour.

Staff having attitude

Staff at reception have a big attitude problem and they misbehave with guests also. Will never stay in this hotel again even they office free stay. Food is very bad, Air-conditioning not work properly.

A quiet place.

We stayed here from 22/8 till 24/8 for 2 nights. We had 2 rooms. Firstly, we had all paid bookings from 19/8 to 23/8, 4 nights, but could reach there by 22nd only. We had mailed them about our problem but they flatly refused to entertain us by changing our check- in dates. We asked them to book us for another night but they quoted us a higher rate than available online. Again a request for a discount was thrown away since they said it's your fault & not ours- which was correct. So we booked online & got better rates for another night. The AC in one of the rooms conked out within an hr & their technician could not correct the fault. They promptly upgraded my room to a huge one which is actually a 1BHK flat with a kitchen, drawing room, dining table & bedroom & 2 bathrooms! Has a balcony as well. Beach rd. is far & so is the walking street, no restaurant nearby. All very quiet here. Good place to be here with your family but if with friends then go someplace else. They have a free drop facility for beach road & malls but that they told us during check-out!! Go figure!
