Service from the heart

It was my first time staying with the landmark MO for my wedding anniversary. We were surprised that staff Kailey helped us decorated the hotel room with banner and balloons without we even asking for it! Surely Champaign and the welcome chocolate with the happy anniversary plate were prepared as well. The hand written card by kailey was so sweet too!

She greeted us upon our arrival, proactively showed us around and helped us take pictures. After knowing that we would be having anniversary dinner at amber and also spa treatment the next day, she gave us suggestions on what to do to enjoy our anniversary.

After the stay we were surprised that kailey actually left us a gift and printed the photo she helped us took the other day with another hand written message that was written with heart.

We felt that kailey was true-heartedly serving us and she is just like a friend who shared our happiness. It was hard to find service like that these days in town.

We did have a great time with the landmark mandarin oriental and are definitely coming back later :)

Thanks kailey and her team!

Fantastic hotel, staff and location

It was our first stay at a Mandarin Oriental (though we had been to the bar in Barcelona), and The Landmark has become one our favourite hotels.

The rooms were great, the bars were wonderful, but best of all was the dinner at Somm, with an incredible selection of wines by the glass.

However, where The Landmark excelled was the staff. Everyone was freidly and helpful, and a credit to the hotel.

The concierge was first class, and even hastily arranged a car to pick us from the airport when our arranged car cancelled at the last minute.

I can't find a single negative thing to say, and I'm looking forward to my next visit. MO hotels will now be our first choice when we have the option to stay in one.

The hotel location is perfect at heart of Hong Kong connecting with MTR central station, easily accessible.

Check in at Front Desk was fast and smooth, the lady personally escorted me to the room and introduced the room facilities. The staffs were all warm and welcoming. Room is clean and bright with elegant decor. The hotel is offering nice filtered water from a Sweden brand Nordaq. Knew that they are now applying plastic less and the water is served in nice glass bottle. Everything was pleasant and fantastic.
