How to Get There
Hotel location are just with 1mins walking to the MRT station. You can get different kind of nice foods & drinks within the walking distance from the hotel. All the housekeeping staffs are very helpful & polite compare with other staffs in the hotel.
Room is clean n location is accessible to mtr.. Only one minute walk.. With lots of eateries along the way. Along the red line which takes only 30 mins to ocean park . Overall very good experience! Will stay there again
this is our first time to this hotel. My friend recommended me this place. We enjoy our stay and it is a great location. Besides, therre is MTR free shuttle bus to bring us from Kowloon Airport Express Station to the hotel. Also the counter staff are very friendly and helpful. We will come back again when we next visit HK.
I have stayed in this hotel many times because my Mom lives across the street so it is super convenient for me. In any case, the location is close to the Ladies Market and the Night Market and is a block away from the MTR station. The gym at the YMCA is also convenient.
The first time I booked a standard room, it was horrible. The room was so small, we could barely close the bathroom door. Furniture were old and carpet was dirty. The next time we booked the premier room, the room was newly remodeled, furniture were functional, bed was comfortable, space was small by American standard, but adequate. We have been booking the premier room since and we were pretty happy with it.
This last time, we booked the premier room as well. The bed was hard as a rock. My husband literally woke up with numbed hands and feet. We talked to the front desk about how hard the beds were. They offered no suggestion. We ended up asking for 4 pillows each to sleep on. A couple days later, we talked to another person at the front desk about upgrading our room to a premier suite. He seemed very knowledgeable and he told us that we could have asked for a mattress topper! That would have been helpful and we wondered why no one told us about that.
We ended up upgrading our room to a premier suite for US$40 a night and that was a big bargain for twice the space with a table and 4 chairs and a sofa and two chairs in the sitting room, plus a premier bedroom. I remembered checking the premier suite price online and it was US$100 more a night. Maybe it's cheaper to upgrade after we checked in? We also asked for a mattress topper. What a difference it made!
The 3 people room they gave us is so tiny and old. After the beds there’s not enough space to put the luggages. The bathroom is no lying about 4”x8” and so dirty. Definitely the worst hotel room I’ve stayed in any country.
