How to Get There
This hotel continues to be our place to stay when in Hong Kong, the staff are knowledgeable and friendly and very helpful with any needs that you may have. Check-in and check-out is handled quickly and efficiently.
The hotel is Okay but the service of receptionist is bad. Threw your passport on the table rather than passing it into your hand. Still asking for credit card from you after putting it somewhere on their table. Showing her temper to you when she found out only passing you 1 room card but she thought she has passed you 2 room cards.
Will not stay again.
A very Nice Location and very big rooms with excellent Breakfast. There was nothing wrong with the hotel. The Complimentary Shuttle service to Airport is another big advantage. Houses a very good bakery too. Anything you may need is at walkable distance.
We stayed 3 nights at the Regal Kowloon Hotel. It was central, great for walking around, near a huge square (for the crowds at night) & surrounded by many places to eat, close to the sea. Great staff. Lovely restaurants & desert shop (Oh that tiramisu-yum). Only one thing we did not like was the hard beds - not to good when you are older & have arthritis. Would recommend.
The Duty Manager, Denies, and his staff were very helpful and friendly during our 6 days stayed at this hotel. They accommodated our requests and provided excellent services making our stay wonderful!!.
