Overview

Luxury tower featuring 9 restaurants, an award-winning spa and dazzling floor-to-ceiling views over Victoria Harbour

The Lowdown

Even in a city renowned for its luxury hotels, the Grand Hyatt stands tall, thanks to features like floor-to-ceiling windows framing views of magnificent Victoria Harbour and top-shelf amenities from a show-stopping outdoor pool to a driving range. The award-winning 11th floor spa offers a serene ambience and treatments that target both execs (like the pre-flight massage) and romance seekers (a 3 hour-long couple’s retreat), while the nine restaurants and bars take diners all around the world without leaving the property.

In the Area

Escape the urban hustle by hiking one of Hong Kong’s great trails like Lantau Island or The Peak, reached via nearby Causeway Bay. Less gung ho types might prefer to take the tram up the mountainside instead, on the world’s steepest funicular. Browse for treasures on Hollywood Road, whose atmospheric streets are lined with antique stores and Chinese trinket shops, then hit the wine bars of funky SoHo, where the city’s movers and shakers go to slake their thirst and people watch.

Good hotel in Wan Chai

Good option if you want to stay on the Hong Kong island. Location is a bit far from MTR; there is a bus stop in front though. Overall we had a pleasant stay. The rooms are clean and modern. Live music in the Champagne Bar was good.

Perfect stay in Hong Kong

Stayed at a Grand Hyatt while attending conference at Convention Center. Perfect stay for business yet also felt I was on vacation. Excellent gym, enjoyed a world class therapeutic massage, ate at two of the restaurants which were excellent. Did not feel run over by conventioneers. Would recommend to anyone.

The best Hyatt property in Hong Kong
Reviewed 4 days ago

I stayed in this Grand Hyatt property for about a week in January.

The view of my room and the 2-level Grand lounge at 29/F are awesome. The services provided by the Staff are great too.

There are a 24/7 fitness center, pool, and a spa at 11/F. The gym has good equipment to enjoy a decent workout. Bottle waters, towels, and cold towers are also provided. The spa has facial and massage services. A bit costly but is of good quality.

The room is great and I can feel at home easily. The amenities provided are great too.

Top Class

The Grand Hyatt Hong Kong never disappoints in quality, service and hospitality - ideally located too - the staff could not be more friendly . Just bring a sweater / jacket with you when eating in the ground floor restaurant as the air-co can be quite cold.
