Great room, the best food in town, best service, good location. 100% worth the price.
We were there for our wedding anniversary and was not really looking to save money in the hotel. Bo is the best . I would definitelly go back.

Very comfortable and excellent food but somewhat overpriced.

This is a lovely hotel. The beds are very comfortable and the shower very relaxing. The food is excellent and not overpriced. The hotel is well situated and within walking distance of most major sites and shopping areas. However it is pricey compared to its rivals. if you can afford it you will be very comfortable there.

The best hotel in San Cristóbal

Everything is great here!

Excellent location, the rooms and the hotel itself is very stylish. A beautiful library is available to hang out in the evening, good gym and one of the best restaurants in SAN Cristóbal - LUM. The hotel also organised all of our tours effortlessly at very good prices.

The breakfast is generous, a lot of variety to order from a la carte (with an allowance of 160 pesos per person available to order anything and the option to either get refunded or pay extra if this is exceeded. The allowance is generous enough to have several items from the menu).

The location and the staff are very good. Would highly recommend it if you are looking for something picturesque, modern, convenient, with top class service and food.

The only very minor point is that the rooms were often cleaned late in the day (around 4pm). If you do go on tours early in the morning and you come back to the hotel after for a break, it could just coincide with an unclean room or the housekeeper in the process of cleaning the room.

Apart from that, this hotel is perfect!

Amazing Hotel!

I love this hotel! It is a 5 star hotel and the rooms range from around $100 to $300. They put on your bed stand the most delicious chocolate ever. I found the place that sells it and ended up bringing back many boxes of it for my friends. They make the most delicious hot chocolate, and even though they don’t technically sell it to customers, they sold me a few pounds of it because I loved it so much. The food is superb, the staff is amazing, and the rooms are cozy and luxurious. It was my friend’s birthday and they surprised her by writing Happy Birthday in rose petals on her bed. Our incredible waiter brought her homemade candy his family makes. If you are looking for a hotel that makes you feel like you are at home, then this is the place for you! I included many pictures on my Instagram account, Lauraryan_foodandtravel.

Eclectic and funky in a great location

It's great to visit a well executed boutique hotel that is not part of one of the large chains. Hotel Bo fits the bills.
A lush modern garden dominates the courtyard and makes great use of indoor/outdoor space in the fabulous temperate climate of San Cristobal. The hotel's staff are exceptionally well trained and courteous, ensuring that you instantly feel welcome and at home. The are numerous comfortable lounge spaces and an excellent bar and restaurant. The food quality was excellent and the restaurant featured a great selection of well designed pasta dishes in addition to traditional Mexican and continental fare.
The rooms are well designed and comfortable with numerous unique amenities. You can tell this is property where the owners and staff genuinely care about the guest experience.
Hotel Bo is in a great location for exploring the "Pueblo Magico" of San Cristobal and surrounding area. We would definitely return.
