What a wonderful place to stay at when visiting the Chaing Mai area. The service is impeccable. The accommodations are modern with a wonderful romantic feel to them. The place makes us feel like royalty.

Book Immediately!!

I'd like to start this review by telling you a bit about me: very seldom do I write a review and even less do I write complimentary reviews. However, Sireempan has me changing my habits. This was by far one of the most rewarding and fulfilling stays my family has ever had.

Let me start by describing the resort for you. This resort embodies the word boutique. The lobby is beautiful and the resort houses 11 rooms. There is a small but nicely accommodated pool, a beautiful restaurant and bar, a large office and small gym. The ground are beautifully decorated with many spots to make yourself comfortable with a book or reflect on your day. The rooms are appointed with every detail to be considered with supreme comfort.

The staff provides a 5 star service. They arrange for your transfers, events and meals. They go above and beyond constantly. In fact, we were struggling with our transfer to our next stay and they bent over backwards to assist us when our next hotel refused. They made dozens of phone calls on our behalf that did not have to do with our stay at their hotel. When it was time to leave, I left with a tear in my eye saying good-bye to the wonderful staff.

The food is wonderful as well. The free breakfast was the most lavish breakfast one could hope for and unbelievable that it is included in the price of the resort.

I would be remiss if I did not mention the location. I never got my bearings around where we were located. We did so many excursions to the elephants, the waterfalls, the river, tribes, etc. that we did not spend too much time in the center. When we did go to the center, the resort was about 15 minutes by car to get to it. They do have a free shuttle to take you back and forth at set times; however, if you are looking for a hotel- none seemed half as nice- in the center, this hotel is not for you. This resort is also very tranquil. It is quiet by 9:00. If you are looking for a party resort- this resort is not for you either.

So in conclusion, from a family that has traveled extensively, do not hesitate to book this resort. It will surpass all expectations and be the most enjoyable part of your stay- I know it was for our family.

Luxurious tranquility, pure indulgence

Our stay at Sireeampan was an unforgettable experience. From the moment you arrive after a short drive in a golf cart it is clear why this hotel wins awards year after year.

They strive for and deliver perfection. Our suite was beautifully decorated, very spacious and we had our own patio and lounge area next to the koi pond.

The service is so discreet you barely notice with staff that are friendly and helpful. They can’t do enough to ensure you have a perfect stay. Particularly impressive was how they managed to arrange an all day excursion on a bank holiday at 7pm the previous night. The excursion to the Golden Triangle was great with an excellent driver and very knowledgable guide.

There are a few interesting touches such as the ‘hotel shoes’ and the iPad that you receive for the duration of your stay to ensure you have the menus, activities and spa treatment options at your finger tips. They also offer a one way shuttle into town which is a great service.

The spa is highly recommended. The therapists are very professional and highly skilled which makes for a great experience.

The food is of a high standard and the addition of the Italian restaurant ensures great variety. Breakfast choices are made the night before and when you arrive at your table everything is there ready and waiting for you. A perfect start to your day. The only recommendation we have is to allow guests time to have the yoghurt, fruit and muesli first before the hot food when serving a Western breakfast to avoid the food getting cold.

Thanks to the exceptional team at Sireeampan for looking after us so well and ensuring a most memorable stay. You certainly deserve every award you have received!!!

Best Boutique hotel and service

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights in Chiang Mai. The hotel was beautiful and well maintained. Very clean. The staff was wonderful from the moment we landed. The rooms were spacious and the daily breakfast was cooked to order. We decided where we wanted to have breakfast and what time. Loved eating on our patio every morning. Massage service was great. They also offer free daily shuttle service to local areas which was very convenient. The hotel made us feel like home. They were also so kind to give us their homemade mixture of insect repellent for the rest of our trip! Thank you!! We love Chiang Mai!!

Always tricky to be pragmatic when the staff is so friendly, and this was particularly the case during our 4 nights stay, the team is just great and did everything for us to feel at home.

The hotel is located 2 kilometers away from the old city, surrounded by villas and fields, it's not what I would call an "in the mountain" area, despite the nice decorum built to create the atmosphere (including an unnecessary electric cart to cover the 50 meters from the gate to the hotel). Über is certainly a good friend when you're here, we've used it extensively to move at the right price vs. Paying the tourist rate (we've given tips).

The hotel is quite small and has nice and freshly built infrastructures, everything is neat, 5 rooms on the ground floor and 6 more at the 2nd floor around a patio.
The swimming pool is around 12/6 meters, and the gym accommodates 3 treadmills and another device, we've neither used the pool (not the season) nor the gym.

We've been given a nice room at the corner of the ground level at the immediate proximity to the restaurant , we've asked to move for a more quiet one, this was possible without discussion and we've been transferred into another room at the ground level also.

The room was very nice, even a small private terrace was available.
Despite all this, we've found the hotel noisy, due to the proximity of the airport (hotel actually located exactly on the take-off axis) with planes starting early morning, of the various pumps (the small water place in the patio I imagine) and of the chickery just nearby (singing chicken from 5 am the other side of the fence, 10 meters from the room).

The breakfast was OK, served on demand either in the room or elsewhere in the hotel, a buffet is indeed not possible due to the few rooms.

Despite the warm welcome, this experience was not worth it for us; we wanted to sleep and recover and this was not possible, the price is the one if a 5 stars, but the level is not, we will not return.
