How to Get There
Superb service and spa service! Highly recommend! Was there with my family and we had an amazing time. The room was very pretty. The staff was also very helpful. The only downside was probably the breakfast selection as the pancake was stone cold.
I recently stayed at this hotel with a friend and I can’t say enough good things about it. I wish we could have stayed longer! The grounds of the hotel are absolutely beautiful! The pictures online do not do it justice!!
We ate at the hotel on several occasions and we thought the food was delicious!
While the grounds are gorgeous and the food delicious, what makes the experience so incredible is the staff. Toto was absolutely amazing and helped us plan all of our trips/excursions. On our day of arrival, we had a million questions and he answered every one. The service staff at breakfast and dinner were fantastic as well!!
Again, I’m sad to leave this hotel and would come back anytime!!! I don’t think I would be able to stay anywhere else but here after the experience I had! If you decide to stay here, you are in for an absolute treat!
We stayed here for 5 nights for our honeymoon and this hotel is beyond amazing! Upon check in we received a nice welcome by our lovely butler Pui! The room was spacious, fancy and luxurious with nice amenities and charging ports everywhere you want them. It was so fun to have the option of an indoor or outdoor shower! We used the outdoor shower everyday (it is very large)! The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. By the second morning they remembered how we liked our coffee and the staff everywhere was so kind. I have to give another extra special shout out to Pui! My camera broke the day before we were supposed to visit the elephant sanctuary and she took it and got it fixed! On an excursion I had a run in with a rove beetle and Pui did not hesitate to give me two kinds of ointment to help! She went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. This hotel is very special and the people that work there seem to truly like their jobs and it shows through to how the guests are treated. I am not kidding when I say this is the best hotel we have ever been to. The location is great too being walking distance from the Ping river and other fun bars and restaurants. The pool was nice and relaxing. The bar and happy hour were great and the cocktails are tasty. We are looking forward to our next trip back!! Thank you 137 Pillars House!!
Hotel is 5 stars—gorgeous, rooms luxurious, and it’s right in town so easy to get everywhere. Plus, it includes butler service which is amazing for transportation, activities and just any information you need. They make sure you can contact your butler via text which is extremely helpful and convenient. Stay there if you can!
This is a truly superb hotel. The gardens are beautiful and the atmosphere very relaxing. The service is impeccable without being intrusive which is a delicate balance to find. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to single travellers, couples or families. The pool is wonderful and the croquet lawn an added bonus.
