How to Get There
To be fair I enjoyed the weekend and would go back as well, the rooms were very clean and I thought the food was spot on as well.
The downfalls were kept running out of food at breakfast and waiting to be replenished, the staff were very helpful but I felt they were short staffed.
The golf course itself was good bearing in mind the amount of people playing it, the disappointing thing was the bins on every hole were full all weekend,
All in all a good weekend and nothing major to complain about
Not perfect but we had a great deal as a group of golfers. Courses are a fair challenge and rooms/hotel comfy. Staff friendly. Main gripe was the dinner. 3 course fine dining. Tasted good and fine if out on a date but not filling enough after a long day of golf
I have been to this hotel for a long weekend with Rushden golf club for our captains weekend and we had nothing but problems, rooms overbooked ,dining room was given to a wedding party, breakfast items ran out and was slow to replace, would not return to this hotel very disappointed
