excellent down town hote in the area, the only one with all ammenities and swimming pool also is close to the plaza where you can find a variety of excellent restaurants. Tou caactually walk from the hotel to all historical parts of the city and muuseums.
Dona Urraca was a good hotel. Rooms are OK but I thought to get in and out of my room it was kind of weird, I don’t know but I felt strange. Make sure you get the rooms in the back of the hotel or you end up
Sleeping in the front desk with all the noise.
Rooms are very specious and CLEAN and staff was very friendly.
Breakfast was not included so you will
Have to pay at their restaurant. Breakfast is very good, but if you leave early make sure you have something the night before as they open their service at 8am.
If you have some kind of walking disability make sure you talk with hotel before because it has a lot of stairs with no ramps, elevators.
A short stroll into town, near many amazing restaurants all the attractions and we also walked to the viewing point of the aqua ducts.
The service was amazing, from the check in desk, restaurant staff and cleaning.
The rooms were spotless, modern with a traditional charm and a great size.
They were so helpful as we were travelling with a baby.
The staff were very friendly and many spoke english which was helpful sometimes as our Spanish isn't fluent.
Pool was such a great way to relax after being out all day or first thing in the morning on the days we wanted to relax. We also thought the pool side drinks and snacks were great.
We enjoyed the breakfast and I ordered a la cart the Huevos del campo which were tasty and healthy.
Couple friendly and family friendly, and wheelchair / stroller friendly
Highly recommend *****
