Great location, spacious rooms, kind service, nice hotel, hard beds
Reviewed 1 week ago

This hotel has a great location in Puebla, within walking distance to the center of the city. It is nicely decorated, with spacious rooms. However, the beds are hard, and not comfortable, although the pillows are nice and this helps for a better rest. Additionally, the shades let light in very easily, we were in room 214 that has windows facing a large patio, which has light all night long and during the day the sunlight is always present, so if you like to sleep in total darkness this is not the place for you. Nevertheless, the restaurant is amazing, you can have breakfast with a wide variety of traditional dishes that are delicious! The personnel is very kind! It has pool in the roof, very nice area, it has Gym, SPA and business center. We took a very nice massage in the SPA . Apart from the beds and shades, this hotel is wonderful !

Wonderful modern hotel for a special visit

We managed to find a great discount rate on line for our anniversary trip to Puebla. Our room was very modern with sleek contemporary furnishings and squeaky clean and the bathroom was just amazing. We also had two of the best meals of our Puebla stay in the hotel restaurant, which meant we could stay in after a day of walking and museums and not have to contend with crossing the zillion lane highway in the dark. We stayed in another highly recommended more historic hotel near the weekend flea market and were disappointed. Bring a swimming suit as there is an attractive out door swimming pool and spa (and running track) on the roof. Most rooms have windows that face a central courtyard. The hotel us pricey but definitely worth the splurge!

Great again

This was our 6th visit to Casareyna and every visit is even better. Staff is as nice as always, rooms look brand new, we really enjoyed new facilities such as pool, gym and jogging track, also the spa service and prices are very good.

Food here is a must, the hotel is a foodie destination itself.

Special thanks to the girls at the front desk.

Awesome experience

We really liked the hotel and restaurant, location is great, very nice atmosphere, beautiful site and facilities and best romantic dinner experience ever (they offer a special private package for $2100 mxp including everything)

We also loved the spa and pool.

Also took the talavera experience, we went to the factory and knew all about the process.

Great Stay, Team is very flexible

A friend from Puebla recommended us the Hotel CasaReyna and it was a very good stay for us. I have been many times in Puebla for business but had never the time for visiting the city. Now it was the time.
Arriving very early from Europe to Mexico we checked in already at 6:30am. Before arriving we extended our stay and also this was not a problem. They looked for the right room that could be used for all our stay.
Nice rooms with a lot of space. The bathroom was the space we have had in Tokyo or Osaka for the whole Hotel room.
One recommendation we would like to give. Our room had no option to open a window. It felt like humid when we came back. Having a kind a air circulation during the day would be great.

Also breakfast and dinner was great. We missed nothing.

Thank you for the nice stay.
