Junior and Master Suite Stays
Reviewed 8 months ago

Very nice hotel, great location in the southwestern area of Mexico City, in the delegación of Coyoacan. We stayed in a junior king suite for three nights, and in a master king suite for one night a week later. The difference is primarily 850 sq ft versus 1500 sq feet, respectively, with the master including an outdoor terrace with a table and chairs, sink and gas grill.

We have already booked the master king suite for six more stays, over the next three months. Enough said, as to what we think of it.

The area can have heavy traffic, depending on the time of day, but the very large indoor mall and the Super Walmart are within easy walking distance. There are several very nice restaurants within the mall (not referring to the food court venues). We have frequented Italianni´s, which offers a substantial menu with prices from low to high. There are many other restaurants in the area.

Excellent location
Great staff
And new!
Great security, they have a “SKY bar” with excellent view and great music. You can bring any drink or food that you buy.

Great hotel!

Suites Perisur is in the southern part of Mexico City. It's a beautiful, small, quiet hotel. The rooms are small apartments, with comfortable beds, a kitchen area with blender, toaster, microwave and 2 burners. The bathroom is glorious with a multiple person hot tub. 3 people fit relatively comfortably. The rooftop patio is beautiful, and if I hadn't read about it online I wouldn't have known it existed. There's a great view of the Cuicuilco Archeological site across the road. There aren't many options for meals in walking distance, and you'll travel 20 minutes or longer by car or metrobus to see popular tourist sites. For us, it was perfect, but the travel time was longer than if we'd stayed more centrally.

Excellent Place To Stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were very big and clean. The cleaning lady cleaned everything including our dishes every day. The doorman was very helpful and full of tips for nearby things to do or eat. The rooftop garden was beautiful with a great view of Cuilcuilco Pyramid.

Very good room. Located by the highway.

I picked this place for its location to one of the main arteries in Mexico City (Insurgentes Sur) and to other neighbourhoods (San Angel, etc).
The downside is that restaurants and other entertainment areas are not at walking distance (unless you can easily walk 4 km or so).
The room was very large with a dining/kitchen area, walking closet, large bathroom, and two comfortable queen beds.
Huge TV, good internet.
Only drawback was breakfast: coffee (dripping) and some bread and minimal variety of fruits. Nothing hot.
