I’m not a fan of Santa Fe, but if you have business here, this is a good choice. The rooms are quiet, clean and well appointed. Front desk service was great. Exec lounge is definitely above average. The place is spacious, the food is great, and the service impeccable.

The hotel sits on top of a high-end mall...just an easy elevator ride down. The mall has numerous restaurant choices as well as a high-end grocery store and a vast selection of stores.

great hotel fro the right price

enjoyed the HSF as usual. It's a safe, convenient and appropriately priced property right at the core of Mexico's business district. 2 minor issues: 1) it's Barbie-branded for the season and 2)uber drivers feel uneasy to enter the driveway.
