The hotel and grounds are absolutely beautiful and staff very friendly.
We stayed 2 nights here in a deluxe room. Car transfer was pre-arranged and very smooth. We’d asked for a baby bed and were amazed that the baby bed we received was fancier than the one our son sleeps in at home. Food and high tea at the Rooftop restaurant and attached downstairs location was fantastic. We didn’t particularly care for food from the onsite Indonesian speciality restaurant but maybe that was a taste and preference thing. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and veggo friendly.
Their hospitality was top notch and it was service with a smile at every instance. Special mention to Ibu Anni in particular was so helpful and helped arrange our tours and gave us loads of helpful tips. We had organised a car service through someone else to take us back to Yogyakarta but on the night before our departure they called to check if we had transportation sorted or if we needed Ang assistance. That was a very nice and thoughtful touch.
Highly recommend for young families as they have a deer zoo where kids can feed the animals. It’s a new property so everything is quite clean and sparkly still. Lovely pool with plenty of sun. Gorgeous views of the rice fields from our room. Baby and toddler friendly. Impeccable service and hospitality. I’d give it 5 stars if I could.
