How to Get There
Due to lack of water in the Rivers, we spent a number of nights in hotels. Having to leave our Cruise in Vienna, we spent our last night in thus fabulous hotel. The Ritz lived up to its name in every respect. Lovely large twin (double beds), spacious bathroom, everything was amazing. Staff were professional, organized for a doctor to come to me at the hotel, nothing was a problem. Good choices at Breakfast - it was possibly a one time experience for this reviewer and I loved it.
We went off season so it was a little slow. All the staff catered to our every need. We upgraded to a suite with the club lounge. They had food and drinks literally all day, breakfast, lunch, tea, light dinner and deserts. The spa area included had a whirlpool, sauna, pool, gym and fantastic staff. I would say the staff and the beauty of this hotel made the trip. It is also centrally located where almost everything is and right in front of the main subway stop!
Ritz Carlton exceeded our expectations in every category. Very centrally located for exploring the sites in Budapest.
Service was Excellent from the staf. Food and amenities outstanding. Everyone treated us like royalty.
Hotel amenities were first class in every respect.
Conceriege lounge went above and beyond to make our stay extra special.
The outstanding reviews on Trip Advisor swayed our decision to stay at the Ritz Carlton, and wow, did it deliver!
Truly incredible service from Marie on front desk right from the start, to the wonderfully warm attention from Sonia & Vivien in the Club Lounge.
It’s clear the staff at the RC are hand picked for their people skills, and I can honestly say I’ve not encountered a level of genuine warmth and service from any other hotel I’ve ever stayed at around the world. For that, the amazing team in Budapest totally deserve the highest accolade.
The hotel is gleaming and spotless, the rooms large and well appointed, and the bathrooms classy too.
Service is super efficient throughout land nothing is too much trouble.
You really feel like you’ve arrived ‘home’ after a day exploring the city, and for this I thank the fantastic team at the Ritz Carlton.
Chances of us returning? 100% !
Thank you Ritz Carlton, Budapest, for being a truly outstanding 5 star hotel in the heart of beauty Budapest.!
We stayed here for 2 nights, and I must say that the location is excellent, with a metro stop on the same block.
Our room was fine, not outstanding. All the facilities were good and worked. But no “wow” factor.
Bathroom was spacious and had all we required.
Breakfast was a let down- average buffet, poor service.
Check in and out was easy and quick.
Overall, for the cost and Ritz name, this was not up to standard.
