Nice clean hotel

Nice hotel, good location for the Sziget festival but a little out of it for a city stay. Staff nice and rooms clean. Price a little inflated the time we were there but understandable as the festival was on. Would recommend.

EXCELLENT HOTEL
PAULDGIBSON007

This large hotel is located next to the River but is possibly a taxi ride to popular tourist attractions such as The Parliament building or if you are reasonably fit then a good walk. The rooms are to a high standard and provide everything required free WiFi, TV, Tea and Coffee making facilities, Mini bar, Safety deposit box. The hotel also as expected has a bar and restaurant near to the reception area. There is also a spa offering massages etc. I didn't try breakfast so unfortunately cannot comment. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Not worth your cash

Unfortunately unprofessional - maybe, the hotel hires students on summer jobs for the reception desk and I feel sorry for them, but that is not the end of a list of flaws: missing towels, no bath-robes, disfunctional room equipment, unresponsive staff. Moreover, the interior equipment has long been past its best times, it is dirty and a bit stinky and so is the water in the thermal pools in the basement. You will find better places for your stay in Budapest.
