The bar
Reviewed 16 hours ago

Kyle, from north NJ here. 2 friends, my girlfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights, it was a very well run hotel. Budapest was the last stop on a 2 week eastern European trip, so we experienced several hotels back to back.

The staff was the most friendly and inviting I can ever recall. They were all extremely attentive and accommodating. A very special thank you to Szilvia, who is a world class Concierge. She paid attention to what we wanted and was able to offer suggestions and information which all led to wonderful experiences.

The room was a bit smaller then I typically like, but traveling for a couple weeks, I did have a bit of luggage.

The music and fireplace screen saver in the room was a nice touch.

The phone was also a very cool touch, not needing to use my roaming data and easy contact to the hotel, trend setting in my opinion.

The rooftop bar was also very cool, I wish it was open a bit later.

Breakfast and afternoon wine was well done and with the live music very enjoyable.

Note the balcony was not what I would define as private, simply separated from the other.

I will certainly return.

Stunning hotel

First time in Budapest and would find it difficult to find a better hotel than the Aria. From the moment we arrived we were treated as if we were the only couple staying in the hotel. Personal attention was their number one priority. The staff were outstanding, very friendly and very good at their jobs. The hotel itself is stunning. Rooms, roof top bar, Harmony Spa, buffet breakfast...all excellent. Complimentary wine and cheese is served in the very impressive atrium every afternoon, which is a lovely touch. Loved everything about this place.

My wife and I stayed for 4 nights and loved the attention to detail, the service from every member of staff was first class, the afternoon wine and music were perfect, the location of the hotel couldn’t be better , right in the heart of the city but tucked away so never noisy.
The Sky Note Bar is one of the trendiest bars in Budapest and even for two celebrating their 41 st wedding anniversary we could still enjoy the attraction.
A special thank you to Sylvia , part of the concierge team, who gave us a lot of helpful information about getting around town .
To the manager , you should be very proud of your team , they’re are real asset.
From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave you feel like you are a really special guest.
Thank You

Absolutely the Best!

I have traveled extensively and have NEVER had an experience of this caliber. YOU MUST STAY HERE!

From the moment I contacted them before our arrival (and yes it was a few times!) they were incredibly polite, professional and responsive. Quite frankly I felt like a VIP before I even got to the hotel.

On arrival we were greeted with such kindness and genuine caring it felt like I was staying with family. It was a very special occasion and the entire staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was flawless.

We were greeted personally by Dorottya, the Director of Finance and shown to our "Rolling Stone Suite". A gorgeous room overlooking a central square. Breathtaking.

The Sky Bar was amazing with its view of the Basilica.

It is so hard to pick one aspect that sets this hotel apart from all others. But perhaps the most unique experience was the music each afternoon in the beautiful hotel lobby. Not only is the setting amazing, the wine very good and free flowing but the musicianship you are offered is outstanding. Quite frankly I expected the "usual" hotel lobby type performer. What we experienced I would honestly pay dearly to see again. Kasai Jnofinn was unbelievable. Kudos to Kornel, the Aria's music director for holding the music experience at the Aria to such standards!

Quite honestly, the Aria was so spectacular in all ways possible it made it hard to leave to go see the beautiful city of Budapest. Both my hubby and I would go back to Budapest just to stay at the Aria again.

Thank you so much for the incredible stay!
