How to Get There
The hotel is very well located. It is quiet and peaceful. The room had a decent size with a very comfortable bathroom. The bed was big and mattress was good to sleep on. The room was warm - you can control the temperature as there is air con. The prices for mini bar are an exaggeration but I guess this is what hotels charge now (17 euro for a small bottle if red is a steep price). We did not use the spa so cannot comment there. The staff provide excellent service, but one thing that has to be emphasised to customers is that is one calls and asks if there is parking and the answer is yes, the assumption is - it is free! You need to inform customers prior to them booking a place that you will charge them 25 euro on arrival as it is possible to park elsewhere (it's not easy in Liguria, but it's possible). This was the only thing missing from the service offered.
We spent 5 days over new year. Besides being lucky with the weather, the hotel staff were really friendly and useful. The room (we had a junior suite) was beautiful and clean. The spa is nice, but it is a separate building 3 minutes walk outside. The location is good, close to city center but no sea view.
The breakfast buffet is nice.
Great value for the money, especially in this region.
Everything about this place is great. Starting with the location, it is in the heart of Santa Margerita and easily within walking distance to the ferry terminal to Portofino. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. The staff are all caring and genuinely nice. They all were very polite and helpful and made our stay much more enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, nicely furnished, and very clean. When I stay at a place, I have high demands for cleanliness and this place exceeds them all. The fitness room was not in the same building as the hotel, but one some feet away. It included a selection of weights, treadmill, and many other machines. The fitness room was very nice and great to work out in. Everything about this hotel was absolutely wonderful from the charming staff to the impeccable rooms. I would definitely recommend anyone staying here, from families to lone travelers.
Our stay in this small boutique hotel was a pleasant surprise. The rooms are spacious, modern, neat and very clean. Breakfast was fresh and had everything we could imagine of. Valet parking worked perfectly and the staff was exceptionally polite and very professional. This last thing makes all the difference!
Beautiful location in SML, the room is clean and the breakfast and service are of very high standard. The rate is a bit high considering it is off season and the beach access in front of the hotel is closed due to recent storm damage.
We would recommend this hotel otherwise.
As it is top notch.
