Overview

The Review

Located at the quiet west end of Grace Bay Beach, just 15 minutes away from Providenciales International Airport, Turks & Caicos Club provides a quiet, no-frills getaway on some of the prettiest beach in the Caribbean.

The colonial-style building, embellished with gingerbread trim, feels like a stately bed and breakfast. Each of the 21 suites opens out onto a private patio or balcony, where sand warmed by the sun is just steps away. The rattan furnishings and four-poster beds could use an update, and the bathrooms are on the small side, but the suites do have air conditioning and fully equipped kitchens with stainless steel appliances (which is useful, as there’s no hotel restaurant) and modern conveniences like iPod speakers and DVD players.

Guests can simply lounge on Grace Bay’s pristine sand or get active with free snorkelling gear to spy on the island’s vibrant reef, as well as kayaks, bicycles and Hobie Cats. The club can also arrange outings for golf, whale watching (April only), horse rides on the beach and fishing excursions.

Although the freshwater pool is a bit small, it certainly has sun, and sipping a glass of cold rum punch while soaking it in isn’t a bad way to spend an afternoon. A full breakfast is served poolside each morning, and the resort also has an air-conditioned exercise room. But that’s about it for amenities. If you’re looking for a big resort with lots of activities, Turks & Caicos Club isn’t for you — it’s more focused on a laidback, private experience that’s all about the beach.

Excellent condo resort close to everything!

Joe and Debbie, the owners, are gracious hosts at this wonderful complex. We slept five in condo #7. It has a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, plenty of towels and is convenient to everything! A ten minute walk takes you to the beach, restaurants, shopping, grocery store & a fresh fish stand. It was just before regular season and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend you I check out this great complex!

Need a place to stay on both ends of our dive trip!

Wow!! What a great find! Plain and simple, clean and very efficient!! Walking distance to beach (a beautiful beach for sure), grocery, shops and many really good restaurants!! Joe and Debbie are super accommodating and helpful. They took care of all our extra stuff for the week we were ‘out to sea!’ Beautiful grounds and pool..., in spite of Erma and Maria!! Definitely a spot to return to!!

Awesome!

We stayed 5 nights at Island Club Turks. 3 BR unit #7. Great condo! 5 min walk to Grace Bay beach that is now my favorite beach of many visited. They have lounge chairs at the beach just to the right at the end of the beach path. Restaurants, shops and grocery store within minutes walk. This complex is very clean, beautifully kept and the new owners (as of May 17) Joe and Debbie are super accommodating. They took a hard hit from the 2017 hurricane and put this place back together beautifully, Category 5 hurricane roof and all. And...the price is right! There were 5 folks in our unit and everyone was super happy! We recommended it to another group of divers that were coming here and they loved it too. Perfect condo for many reasons. We will definitely stay here on our next visit!

This was our first visit to TCI, I had been researching for months on a place to stay. When we came across Island Club. I have to say at first I was a little weary of booking here I did a lot of research and kept checking the reviews. All I can say Is I'm so glad we booked here. Megan was wonderful to deal with before and during our stay, she was always on top of my questions and needs. We had the pleasure of meeting Joe the owner while we were staying at the Island Club and was wonderful in assisting with our needs in our check out time. All I can say if you are looking for a condo type place this can't be beat. It is right in the middle of everything walking wise, the pool was always clean the outside around the pool looked like a botanical flower garden. When we arrived the kitchen was full stocked with everything you need to cook with, even had some spices the paper towels and toilet paper were stocked up for our stay( wished i had know this because I carried extra suitcase with those items so we wouldn't have to pay $10.00 for a 4 pack at the store lol) our bath towels and beach towels were replenished daily if we sat them out on our back table sometimes within mins of sitting them out. If you are in search of a place to stay and it doesn't have to be right on the beach this is your place, we were only in room to sleep and get ready so this was perfect for us. The beach was only few min walk easy to get to and every morning when I went to the beach the chairs and umbrellas were set up and the location is perfect especially if want quite and not the busy, crowded area like at the resorts this area is perfect...

Megan and Joe were welcoming and wonderful. We had a two bedroom and it was perfect for us. Megan was so nice and accommodating letting us stay later than normal while we were waiting for our next place to get ready. We loved the pool and short walk to the beach.
