Bedroom Classic Resort property home hardwood living room cottage bed frame Suite lamp

Family-friendly condo hotel with three-bedroom suites and beach access at the quiet end of Grace Bay Beach

The Look

Classically tropical, with nods to its Mediterranean name, a lounger-dotted pool is at the heart of the resort, surrounded by breezy open walkways and mustard-yellow buildings. Bursts of bougainvillea brighten the manicured lawns, aloe vera plants and stubby palm trees in the gardens, and you’ll catch come-hither glimpses of Grace Bay Beach between the two accommodation buildings.

Bed and Bath

Housed in two mirror-image five-story towers, all 30 suites have full kitchens (with every appliance and utensil imaginable), laundry rooms, living areas and furnished balconies enclosed by mosquito netting. All units have three bedrooms, but can be booked as one-, two- and three-bedroom suites — staff just lock off the bedrooms that aren’t in use. Condo owners have free rein over the decor, so interiors run the design spectrum from dark rattan furniture and citrus accents, to a beachy Miami style in soft pink and sea glass. Common throughout is an open-plan layout, a flood of natural light and a seashore soundtrack. All bedrooms have en suite stone bathrooms, with standalone showers or tubs in the Queen and Twin rooms, and a combo of both in the enormous master bathroom.

There’s no bar or restaurant here (though kitchens can be stocked in advance), and the staff clocks off in the late afternoon, but that’s all part of the appeal for the families and groups who return year after year. Use of the tennis court is shared with newer sister hotel the Venetian, just next door, and the lounger-dotted pool is a kid-friendly warmup to the real star of this show: Grace Bay Beach. Accessed via a palm tree–flanked catwalk, guests can make use of the loungers and small palapa-shaded tables, or just lie out on the white sand.

We keep

This is our third stay at The Tuscany in 2 years and for good reason. First, you can't beat the location of being right on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Shawnemae and the staff go above and beyond to make your stay as special as possible, and greet you with open arms upon arrival. We have never once had a complaint, and even if we did, the staff would be all over it in a heartbeat. Your happiness is their number one concern, and this is the only place I've stayed where I've felt like family. The rooms are so clean and quiet, and we slept well every night. Dining and activities are also right on the beach, and The Tuscany is on the end of Grace Bay which means quietness and less people, but still a short walk away from beach bars and grills if that's what you're up for. I cannot stress how beautiful of a place The Tuscany is, and how stunning Grace Bay is. Absolutely 100% recommend The Tuscany; we can't imagine staying anywhere else when we visit Turks and Caicos.

Perfection Again and Again
Reviewed 2 weeks ago

Every year we come and stay at The Tuscany and every year we make a returning reservation. We keep coming back because of the beautiful location, perfect accommodations, and "like-family" staff.
Around 6/6:30 am every morning our family goes out to enjoy the beach and every morning the grounds/beach are immaculate and ready to accept guests. Areas are swept, arranged, and prepared for guests needs. Housekeeping is fantastic! Management is awesome (thank you for your help with next year) and every staff member (night security, grounds, housekeeping, maintenance, office) we encountered was always friendly, helpful, and had the ability to make us and our children feel so welcomed.
Other reviews have mentioned the lack of amenities like onsite food and snacks. This is why we return. Not having a bar or food makes this place very quiet and family friendly. There is a restaurant next door that offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. Rent a car or take a cab to visit other dinning offers---or bring your own food. Every year we fly down with two checked bags full of frozen food. Not having to get ready to go out with our family is a big plus. Put something in the oven, eat out on the screened in patio in your swimming suits, and then two minutes after eating your back at the pool or beach.
Tuscany Family--we'll see you next year--and send me an email to remind me to bring the cinnamon rolls!!

Fantastic and agree with all reviews. Definitely go to Provencal, its the best restaurant in town, should have a couple Michelin stars.

We were a family of 5 with 3 teens. Shout out to Terria and Shaqeulle.

We were in a 3 bedroom corner unit top floor at the height of US spring break in April and it still felt uncrowded and relaxed. That is the #1 selling point of this place besides another 50 items like great location, cleanliness, amenities, service, etc

Beautiful and Clean!

The Tuscany is WONDERFUL! The grounds are beautifully manicured and maintained, never any trash or dirty towels lying around, ever! We stayed in a newly renovated unit and it was perfect - gorgeous views! Be sure to bike or walk to the grocery store - there is a grill on site! The pool is small, but rarely crowded. There is no restaurant on property but so many options close by - walk or use the bikes! We loved this end of Grace Bay, away from all the chaos of other resorts. The staff is always friendly (hugs when we arrived!) and check-in/check-out was quick and easy. Shawnemae was a huge help, making reservations prior to our arrival. We will be back!

AMAZING place to spend your birthday/vacation!

My best friend and I just celebrated our birthday at the Tuscany Resort and it was AMAZING. The staff provided such great care for us and we had EVERYTHING we needed and more. From the moment we exited the vehicle, we were greeted with love and care. The resort is beautiful and comfortable at every space.... from the room to the beach. Excellent service all the way from the staff, they took care of dinner reservations and excursions around the island. We truly had a HAPPY Birthday at the Tuscany Resort!!!!
