How to Get There
Super quiet, peaceful beach front propery with a vast enclosed pool area. Amazing breakfast and close to resturants and shopping. They have some construction going on but fir the most part you can relax and star gaze on the beach at night.
quite place to stay with a great beach. staff cannot do enough for you. not many kids noted at this location. beach staff very accommodating for your needs. condos are clean and well kept. highly recommended
If you have a trip planned to The Regent Grand in the next 1-3 months - good luck.
There is FULL construction going on. We have been startled awake to banging and jackhammering outside our door and in the room above ours for 3 days now. My boyfriend and I cant even talk without shouting to one another. They sent an email a few days prior to our arrival stating "some work and scaffolding around the hotel" this is a LIE. It is welding, hammering, etc. etc. etc. this hotel is not where you want to come to relax. Other guests are livid as well. 8:10am and I cant even enjoy my morning coffee on the balcony. I'm so deeply disappointed in the amount of money spent to come here and relax. I will be reviewing at the end of my trip as well.
Side note - the staff and grounds are excellent. GiL is so very wonderful. Thankful for that aspect of the stay.
Staff very very friendly and helpful. The concierge worked to arrange bookings for eating and adventures. Within walking distance of shopping and right on the beach. The pool is very large and sheltered from the wind with enough trees to find some shade.
This hotel is a perfect couples get away with beautiful beach views, privacy at the pool, and excellent customer service. Everyone at the hotel was cheerful, asking us how we were or if they could help us in anyway, and set us up for some great dinner recommendations throughout the island. The location is perfect for walking to restaurants, a grocery store, or for just a great walk on the Grace Bay beaches. I would recommend the Regent Grand to anyone going to Turks and Caicos.
