How to Get There
As always, a great stay. A glitch here and there, but nothing major. The staff at the harborside is getting better and better.
We have been coming back once or twice a year for the past 13 years.
We can't wait to come back!
Time seems to be getting the better of this resort. The aquarium was once it’s prize attraction but now seems to suffer. It appears a lot of the aquarium life is gone and it doesn’t seem to be kept up anymore. The lazy river pool was dirty from the bottom up to things floating in it. Everything on the other side of the bridge has closed up and become decrepit. It can be depressing to start your vacation by first traveling through such poverty. Then when on the island mostly controlled by the Atlantis, the costs do not match the value spent.
The property is well taken care for and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately management does not seem to solve the recurring problem with their Wi Fi. The problem persists after going there 2 years straight. The property also charges you 24.95$ daily this severely sub standard service.
