Great location and accommodations

Stayed here on a business trip and truly enjoyed it. Great location, comfortable bed and beautiful common areas. The only disappointment was that I told them at check out to email me my receipt and it didn’t happened. I called them a week later to get my receipt as I needed to get my trip reimbursement and I still didn’t get it... huge disappointment. Very unprofessional in my opinion.
I still like the hotel and will come back, but will definitely ask for a hard copy from now on.

Young couple (29 and 30) no kids, from Australia. Stayed in a Lake View King Room with Balcony for 15 nights

Beautiful resort with 9 pools and 2 lazy rivers to choose from. The room was great with a comfy king size bed and we were able to watch the fireworks from our balcony each night. Customer service was great.

The negatives only apply if you are from overseas or don’t have a car. There is a shuttle to the Disney parks and Disney Springs but it is very infrequent so we found catching Uber’s was the best option (average $10 per trip) this was also the only way to get to Universal Studios.

Bonnet creek is very isolated there are no drug stores/grocery stores/laundromats close by. As we were staying for 2 weeks we again used Uber’s to get to and from.

The final negative would be the $35 a day + tax resort fee. I know it is accepted in Orlando but it is ridiculous. This should be included in the room rate. Yes, the pools are great but the shuttles are infrequent and you only receive the 2 bottles of water a day if you get housekeeping which you then have to tip for.

I would still recommend this resort, but depending on your circumstances, you may be better off staying in the Lake Buena Vista area closer to the parks and with more services close by.
