How to Get There
The resort is nice and well done for a 4 star property. The location can't be beat. The complimentary Express pass access is a great benefit. Be prepared for overpriced essentials like water. We really had not complaints with the room and everything was in order.
After staying in Disney for a week we was expecting another week of luxury by staying in the Loews Royal Pacific Hotel, what we got was a very nice hotel room( stunning in fact) but it is ashame about the ataff, they were rude and arrogant and they need to take a course on how to work with people because they had no skill when dealing with children. They also need a lesson in dealing with dietary requirements because a lot of staff members didn't have a clue how to deal with our daughters needs with food. (Coeliac Disease)
The room we were given was NOT clean or functional in the bathroom- unacceptable for a high priced hotel. The food is way overpriced and standard theme park food. It was not the warm and fuzzy feeling we get at Disney value resorts. The only reason I would recommend this hotel is if you want to stay on property, get express passes, and pay the least for a hotel. The express passes are the only reason I gave a 3 for value. The bed (after putting my own sheets on) and shower (after cleaning it) were good. The manager did move our room after complaining.
