How to Get There
Be prepared for a resort fees on top of resort fees and overpriced accomodations. Parking and resort use fees total $63.57 per day on top of a huge resort use fee charged upon making reservatons. The shuttle to SeaWorld only goes in the morning. The restaurants inside the hotel are average quality at best and overpriced (there's a Japanese-owned sushi restaurant called Sushi Kichi a short $7.37 Uber ride away at half the price and double the quality, and $28.00 for the hotel's breakfast buffet isn't worth it). The Shuttle to SeaWorld only goes in the morning (true it's a short walk, but no fun in the daily rain downpours during the summer). The maid placed coffee in the room, but forgot the cups so couldn't drink the coffee.
From the warm and professional greeting we received when we arrived to every encounter we had with staff at the Renaissance all weekend, it was an outstanding experience. This is a facility that knows how to provide top-notch customer service and continued to surprise and delight. We have already reserved our next stay with them.
I’ve stayed here before. Hotel is right across the street from Sea World and less then 1 mile from Convention Center. The rooms are large and a little tired, carpet updates are needed and bathrooms are in need of some updating. The rooms are clean, beds comfortable, furniture in in reasonable shape. Staff here is very professional and friendly. Sushi bar and Sports bar are both very good and prices reasonable for a hotel. Daniel has been at circle sushi bar for a long time, greets you by name and does a,good job making sure your well taken care of and Jimmy is an excellent sushi chef. Pool area is big and their is a children’s area with slides and toys. Overall a very good stay.
