Fantastic family resort

This was our first family trip to Orlando and glad we chose this resort. It's close to the theme parks and other attractions but if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle you can also relax at the resort.
Firstly rooms are great - very spacious with a large kitchenette so you don't need to eat out. They also have laundry facilities on each floor so if you stay a bit longer you can do a wash which is a godsend when you have messy kids.
For the days we were relaxing at the resort , they had plenty to keep us busy: large pool, waterside, gym, kids activity centre, games consoles, crafts and kids specific stuff like slime making and more.
All the staff at the resort were fantastic - really friendly and helpful. Especially Sebastian from the recreational team who after just a couple of visits remembered my son by name ????
If we next come back to Orlando would definitely choose this resort again - we had a wonderful time there.

Very well done!

Everything about this property was on point. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the pool and gym were well maintained. Plenty of towels and places to sit by the pool. Food and drinks at the restaurant and bar were delicious.

Great location

Great location nice friendly staff members, the breakfasts in the restaurant was a little expensive but taste wonderful, the fitness facility is nice, lots great amenities, the facility grounds are nice this hotel has a parking garage. We had a one bedroom suites have balcony which was nice we had a great view and a kitchenette, the soap and lotions smell awesome. We went there for a couples trip using a vacation package from the timeshare people. It was great to finally take a trip without the kids. The presentation was nice the people weren't too pushy. We learned a lot about timeshares, My only complaint is they did go over the 90 minutes (2hours) promised we went in little after 12noon didn't get out till close to 4:30- 5pm for the presentation which caused us to miss out on two reservations we had made one to eat and we missed our tour of Orlando kind of sucks cause we ended up just going to get gifts for our kids eating at checkers and then back to room because flight left Sunday at 6am.
