How to Get There
First time staying here. We were going to stay at Parc Soleil but this place offered a $200 gift card for the 3 nights we were staying. So for $300 we switched. It is a bit smaller than other HGVC resorts we've stayed at, at least it seems that way. And that's a good thing. It feels smaller, more intimate.
We are only in a studio this time but the room is every bit as good as other places we've stayed. The pool area doesn't compare to some of the larger resorts but it's adequate. Nice pool, bar, hot tub. Haven't been but they seem to have a nice bar and restaurant.
Not as close to Disney as others but close enough as we have a car. We'd come back for sure, very nice place. Oh and the staff has been excellent!
Stayed here for a conference and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The rooms are nice, pool area is kept clean and the restaurant had a decent selection for both breakfast and dinner. The major win for this hotel though is the staff, most notably a young woman named Erin at the front desk. I was probably not the most pleasant guest upon checking in as I was in a rush, late to a meeting and not looking forward to an even bigger presentation I had to give early the next day. Before I walked away she asked if there was anything she could do and I jokingly mentioned that other than having coffee and reading a news paper there wasn’t anything I really wanted.
The next morning as I was sitting in the lobby waiting on my ride, she walks over with coffee, a news paper and told me not stress about my presentation because I was going to do “wonderful”. I can’t tell you how much that meant to me and how much that not only made me smile but kept me smiling all day! Thank you Erin!
The rest of the staff were also exceptionally great, I did not come across one person that didn’t either smile or say hello to me. I will be staying here again!
I have been staying for the past 8 years at Las Palmeras and can honestly say that each time is a pleasure. Every member of the staff does their utmost that each guest enjoy their stay. I would especially like to thank the 3 Managers who made my stay this time so memorable: Ms Houria Lhammoumi, Ms Yasmine Warszavsky-Span and Mr Brian Tavares. I am very much looking forward to coming back next year!
