Family Vacation

Great location! Close enough to Disney but far enough to not be caught in the middle of the “Disney” vortex. The proximity to grocery and restaurants was great. Rooms were nice and well appointed, but the mattress was uncomfortable! We were there with our kids and granddaughter and the pool and “splash pad”’was a big hit with her!

Pleasantly Surprised!

Pleasantly Surprised at how much we enjoyed this property! We had a very good experience at this hotel and used all the amenities from yoga class to pool, kids club and restaurants. We were extremely pleased with the professionalism of Houria at check in, Chris at the lobby bar and Lance at the pool bar. Everyone we encountered were lovely and Tevee (my youngest loved her) and Reggie and the gang at kids club were wonderful with our kiddos. Honestly this is a great place to stay and would compare to level of service we received at the Four Seasons this past November. Las Palmeras even greated our young kids with Princess tiaras (pirate gear for boys) and they collected stamps for prizes, both of which they they did for the kids at FS. It’s not exactly the same as FS but for the 1/3 the nightly rate and the wonderful Location which is very close to the Pointe and all the restaurants it is quite a good trade off. Also worth mentioning we had breakfast, lunch and dinner at this hotel - ate in lobby bar, steaks at Fiorella and salmon salad and pizzas at pool bar. All were great and reasonably priced. Definitely will recommend. Super clean large rooms with balconies and pretty setting. Uber is $4-5 to restaurants and $16 to magic kingdom and airports. Loved location. Overall wonderful family vacation.

Classic HGVC property.

It’s nice and quiet. Close to everything else. Staff was very nice and our room was very clean. Nice space and view of the city. Kids enjoyed the water activities. It fell like a hotel more than a resort. Great for just kicking back and relaxing.

Went there for a Time Share presentation
Reviewed 2 weeks ago

While I was making a reservation, I got this offer to attend to Time Share presentation. I would pay $199 for 3 nights and would get a refund after I attend the 2 hour presentation where they sell timeshares. I accepted it. The hotel overall was nice. They have kitchen in the room. Room was big enough. There is a nice size TV.
It is not 5 star hotel, so you be aware. Their pool is nice, they have a Jacuzzi as well next to the pool. They haven't charged for parking. I attended the Time Share presentation in Park Soleil. Because of my situation, they didn't push so much but they to sell as much as they could. After 2 hours, they let us go, right after offering another deal just like this one but this time in Hawaii and for a week. I didn't take it. If you have any questions, feel free to let me know. I will be glad to answer to your questions. I went there on December 2018.
