I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights with my nieces and nephew and We had a great time! The service was amazing. I asked for a microwave to be put in my room and I received it fairly quickly. The kids enjoyed the pool and lazy river and I of course enjoyed the bar that was by the pool area. The bartenders there were very nice especially Ali who made most of my drinks. I will definitely be coming back to stay at this hotel again and I will recommend friends and family to stay there.

Great for a Post-Cruise Stay

Need to de-stress after a Caribbean cruise? Don't fly home right away. Come stay at the Hilton Orlando resort.
With it's lazy river and pool, it's a nice way to decompress after a Caribbean cruise adventure. It was actually cheaper for us to stay an extra day than fly home right away after our cruise. So we made reservations here, and popped over after disembarking from the ship. We arrived super early, and our rooms weren't ready, yet, but the resort checked us in and gave us passes to start enjoying the facilities. We had our luggage stored and hopped over to the lazy river and pool downstairs. During our visit parts of the pool area was under renovations, so the journey to the restrooms was a bit long. But our kids enjoyed the water slide, lazy river, and the recreational sports area the resort had available. We enjoyed drinks and lunch at the pool. It was a busy day, so the roving service staff took some time getting over to us. In no time, we received text messages that our rooms were ready, so we came up at our leisure.
The rooms are comfortable. Recently updated.
The resort is within 3 miles from the Universal Orlando complex, so we hopped in Lyfts to have dinner the night we were there. It was cool to be able to see more of Orlando than we had planned.
Our flight departed late, so we added dayroom usage to our stay for an extra $100. We were able to stay until 4PM which is perfect because we had to depart at around the same time to the airport. We were able to sleep in and use the lazy river/pool area one more time before heading home. It was a relaxing stay.
Side note: do not call the reservation line to add the dayroom usage to your room. They will totally overcharge you by another $200. Request dayroom usage when you check in. I had called in to add it to my reservation, but when the front desk realized that I had acted on wrong information, they told me to send them an E-mail and the management team would figure it out afterwards. I'm a HiltonHonors member, so I contacted the HiltonHonors team and they took care of my issue within 3 days of returning home. My credit card was refunded everything in excess of the $100 dayroom charge. I did not mind the minor inconvenience.

Loved the pool and lazy river

This hotel was very nice. My grandchildren really liked pool and lazy river. We stayed for 2 nights before we left for home after our 10 day trip. Airport is close and hotel is good. However a little on the expensive side and the $22 a day parking fee is a little much. I think that they should have free parking with Hilton Honors membership.

Great location

Wife and I celebrated our 23rd Wedding Anniversary. as Hilton Honors members we searched for Hilton near area of attractions and restaurants we wanted to try. Plus this Hilton has an awesome pool area that includes slide and lazy river. I stay at a lot of Hilton hotels and this location did not disappoint. We valeted and Ubered to Icon Orlando area one night and Pointe Orlando the next. We ordered breakfast for Room Service and it was great!

Good Hotel

I've stayed here a few times and i'm always generally happy. Pool area with lazy river is one of the best features here. I don't think the place is actually as good as it used to be a couple years back but still good. Lots of leisure things to do like tennis and mini golf. Probably has the largest gym I have seen at any hotel. I like the outside bar and restaurant area but think the food menu needs some work to create some more choice.
