How to Get There
I recently stayed at the Hilton Bonnet Creek for a 3 day conference. My overall experience was good despite a billing issue. I can say that their staff and level of customer service was exemplary. At the forefront of this observation is a gentleman name Luis at valet. He was so kind, patient and helpful towards myself and my boss. We had a lot of luggage and equipment for this conference and with Luis we were in the best of hands. Thanks Luis I hope you are able to view this and know the ladies with the overloaded Jeep Cherokee are very grateful!
This Hilton Resort is beautiful and very clean. We have stayed here before and find the rooms to be good size and comfortable. The harvest restaurant has very good quality food and choices for the pickiest of eaters including gluten free and allergy friendly items. Our only issue was the wasp and bumble bee issue at the pool/spa and water slide. We witnessed numerous wasps while floating in the lazy river to swimming in the pool to the lounge chair area. As a family with severe insect allergies I was always on the lookout and could not truly relax. I mentioned the problem to the pool staff and they said it has been an issue all summer. They closed the area one weekend with hopes of eliminating them. I even witnessed an employee swat at a wasp multiple times that he upset it so I asked him to stop as I was fearful that my nearby child would get stung. When I mentioned something to the front desk manager he said that he was not aware of the issue and looked at me like I had two heads. If I was aware of this issue ahead of time I would have booked another resort. I hope they get this issue resolved quickly...
... I could pick about how much the resort charge should not be hidden outside the room rate, the charge for parking is a little high, cost of meal in La Luce was high for not great pizza (hey - I know pizza from real Italian ;-) but service was great, however ...
At the end of the day this is a great property situated in an extremely good location for Ubers to Disney parks and water parks, and they have an awesome pool of their own AND ALL THE STAFF, and I do mean every one I encountered, were with the utmost respect and cordiality.
I would stay here again and recommend in a heartbeat.
Whoever trains this hotel on customer service should be commended.

At first glance, the hotel is beautiful but look closer and the hotel is dirty including the bed linens. I saved all year for a week long family vacation to Disney but unfortunately, I choose this hotel and my vacation was ruined. My child, mother and myself ended up with bites all over our bodies. Unfortunately, I received it the worst and I have been to two doctors and over two months later, I am still wearing pants and have the marks on my legs. The hotel staff did a cursory check of the room and stated they did see anything making me feel awful for them even checking. After moving us, I noticed we had been moved to a dirty room which had also been recently checked for bugs. So my advice is if you want to spend all of this money on a vacation only to cut your day short, throw out your luggage, your clothes, and go to doctors all without being reimbursed in a dirty room or the Hilton even caring then by all means stay here. My suggestion would be to stay on Disney or universal property, it’s much nicer and I’ve never had these issues. As a Hilton honors member, this was such a stressful and disappointing experience, they really don’t care about their customers. I won’t gross anyone out with all of the pictures but I’ve attached a few.
We've stayed there several times and enjoy the easy access to the Parks, the awesome hotel pool/water slide/lazy river, and dining at the Harvest Bistro. Kids menu has excellent options, nice to get away from eating at the Parks. Staff is always friendly and service is great. We really enjoy all the little amenities and hotel happenings, like Cupcake Weekend, the gingerbread houses at the holidays, etc.
