How to Get There
If you usually stay on Disney properties, but are looking for something more affordable with the same amount of good vibe Disney feeling look no further. This hotel has been remodeled within the last year, it was clean, spacious (good for kids to run around), lots of food options, and a wonderful bar to grab a nice glass or wine or two after a full day of adulting at the parks with your children. They texted me to make sure all was well, the bed was a little firm, and the next thing I knew my bed had a pillow top that felt like a dream. My stroller company had dropped the ball and forgotten to deliver my stroller and the bell men, lent me a spare stroller they had. Service was top notch and people here are happy to come to such a beautiful place to work and it shows, everyone is more than willing to help. La Luce has the best homemade dough pizza ever, great pastas and wine selection. Very child friendly and our server even surprised our girls with a a happy birthday song and cake without even asking when I told her we came to Disney instead of throwing a big birthday party for both of them. I can't say enough, we will be back on the 15th floor and staying in 1509 with the fantastic housekeeper and hopefully same all around staff. I wish I was there now, thank you for making me believe in non Disney properties again. Hilton Bonnet Creek you got the Magic!
I have been blown away at the service. Everyone is so attentive, courteous and goes out of their way to ensure you are satisfied. The front desk staff very welcoming, our meeting room comfortable and the food delicious.
My original assigned room was very close to the elevator that was disrupting my sleep. In the morning when I inquired on a room change, the front desk immediately made the accommodation.
You will receive tech messages asking if you are enjoying your stay. Any questions or concerns you receive immediate solutions. Beyond blown away with the concern and desire to make you enjoy your stay! 5 stars and bravo!
Thank you so much Sheila, Kristina, Angelica, Gretta and Deanna who all sent text messages during my stay!
Easy check in and very attentive. Rooms are clean and well appointed. Hotel amenities are what would be expected for a Hilton. Not a fan of the ever increasing “resort fees”. Advertising for a rate of $160 and then adding that $45 fee is very frustrating. Understand that all do it, but still annoying.
The lobby bar, straight up overpriced and the food was not worth the money charged.
