Amazing week’s stay
Reviewed 24 hours ago

Hotel was beautifully decorated per the Christmas holiday season! Room was lovely and spacious. Bed was super comfy. Hotel shuttles were provided from the resorts to all the Disney parks (one every 30min-hour). Resort food a little pricey, as always, but delicious when fresh! Would recommend and will definitely be back! Cheers.

Fee's and Head shakes

First off My husband and I are Hilton Diamond members so we have been to lots of properties. The Hilton Bonnet Creek is a very beautiful resort but after all the added fees I felt like we really got over charged for our experience. First there is a ridiculous $40 resort charge a night. This really should just be added to the daily rate. Parking is an additional $25 a night which is fine because it was valet but what really bothered me was that breakfast even for a Diamond member was $20 per person. This really added up when you have four adults in your party.
I thought the staff at the hotel was very rude. When we checked in the line was very long and my husband went to ask the concierge if there was a Hilton Honors Line we could go to because most Hiltons have one. Instead of being nice and talking to my husband the lady at the desk rudely gave my husband a nasty face and told him does it look like there is one and shock her head. We almost walked out right there.
On the plus side the rooms were clean and quite and location was great but if I was going to spend that kind of money on a resort I might go to one of the nicer Disney Properties.

Great hotel

Booked a last minute trip - great hotel with employees that seemed happy to be there
Loved the pool area and lazy river
We only used the hotel shuttle twice since the timing did not match our schedule so we took Uber everywhere which worked well for us
Would definitely return to this hotel if not in a Disney hotel

A Great base for the Theme parks

Just stayed here with my son for 5 days. Beautiful hotel/beautiful resort. Very close to the theme parks and easily accessible by car or taxis. Plenty of places to eat in the hotel and has its own Disney store. Would definitely stay here again. Only negative is the resort fee
