How to Get There
We were traveling to Disney and decided to stay at the Hilton Bonnet Creek.
The staff at this hotel was excellent. We had a slight issue at checkin when we thought both of our adjoining rooms would be ready and they weren't. This messed with our kids nap schedules a bit but we got through it.
We were eventually contacted by management to ask how our stay was going. When I explained the initial issue they apologized and did everything they could to make it right.
The hotel is close to Disney which is great and the pool is awesome. I was also very happy with the quality of the food at breakfast and dinner. Omar was our server every morning and he was great. He always greeted us with a smile and made conversation with our kids
Overall we were extremely happy with our stay and would stay again.
My best friend and I stayed there for two nights. To celebrate my 22nd Birthday. Everything was great from the lazy river to the room. The food was excellent, we eat mostly at the Harvest Bistro and I would highly recommend the Burger. Our server the first night was awesome, unfortunately I cant remember his name. The only thing that we did not like was the excessive amount of money they charge for Parking I think $27 daily is a little too much. I personally believe $10 would be plenty. But I cant complain since being a team member saved me a lot of money. Everyone we encountered staff wise was perfect. I was very impressed with this resort and will be back in the future.
This hotel is in a great loncation, close enough to all the Disney parks, and has tons of Disney Perks on offer aswell. I was here for a work conference, and I found the hotel to be clean and very comfortable. The conference spaces were very nice and easy to navigate.
The abundance of on site restaurants, a Disney store and the pool facilities make this hotel a great destination for work or family travel.
Everything was fantastic about this location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was wonderful at the restaurants we dined for dinner and breakfast. Having the Easter Bunny there was a plus for the kids.
I took my 3 year old daughter and mother to Orlando for spring break. We stayed at the Hilton. The pool complex was amazing for my daughter and had plenty of shade for my mother. The Hilton is a Disney affiliated hotel, so we used the shuttle to get to the Magic Kingdom. We were within a 15 minute drive to Magic Kingdom, Disney Springs, and Epcot. There are lots of restaurants on site to choose from. We ate at the pool restaurant, which was casual and a good place for my daughter to eat. There is a snack bar in the lobby, which had the basics for my daughter, so we didn't need to find a grocery store nearby to get milk, snacks, band-aids, etc. This was my second time at the Hilton Bonnet Creek and it did not disappoint!
