How to Get There
I loved this hotel! Clean, friendly and helpful staff, great rooms and a perfect location for frequent trips to the parks! This hotel is in prime location to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure! Having the pool was a great option as well!
My boyfriend and I came mainly for Universal Studios and Islands of Adventures. Since it was very close and we stayed here for 4 nights. Honestly the hotel seemed very outdated. The only part that was renovated was the lobby. Also we were told that the bar By the pool area was open till 12am every night and when we came down the first night they closed at 11 and next was closed even before that which was inconvenient since you want to relax and drink since you’re on vacation. Also they said WiFi was free and gave us a code, when trying to log in , had trouble logging in. Other than that staff is friendly and nice. But fees for everything. Extra fees for parking so watch out for that. I don’t think I’d come back here again.
A lovely hotel perfectly located near Universal Park and I Drive. Staff were extremely helpful and special thanks to Cindy at front desk. Many visitors from other countries... so they know how special this hotel is. Great value and beautifully appointed.
