Quick stay but so worth it!

This place is nice appointed, clean and very comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the facility was very nice. Parking was a bit pricey for a half empty parking lot, but the rest of our stay was as expected! Will definitely return.

Very cost/benefit ratio

The hotel is very close to the Universal Studio and also to the Simon Premium Outlet. The interior and the rooms are clean and had a fancy style. We liked them very much. Our room was spacious and had a very nice view on the neighbouring area. The courtyard of the hotel had a warm, nice atmosphere. That is why we had our dinner and also our breakfast outside in the courtyard. The staff was nice and helpful. I can recommend this place first of all for serious shoppers and for those who visit the neighbouring parks especially the Universal Studio and the Seaworld.

A disappointing hotel with stone-faced receptionist
Reviewed 5 days ago

This hotel has relatively old rooms, the bathroom is old with partially clogged bathtubs. Carpet feels dirty; blankets on the bed feels stiff and thin. The hotel also charges 16 dollars parking fee and holds 50dollars as deposit which is only returned after 5-10 business days. This is not a practice at other crowne plaza hotels i have stayed. Do not recommend.

Terrible stay from beginning to end!
Reviewed 1 week ago

From the unsmiling faces and unhelpful attitudes of the check-in desk to the small very dated rooms this experience was terrible. We booked this hotel for its location to the Pet Expo and that was the ONLY thing that was good. We ordered a room service breakfast on our last day and it was the worst meal I've ever had. First - it was cold. The sausage was under cooked, slimy and cold. The toast tasted stale and like they had tried to heat it in a microwave because it was rubbery and hard. They didn't bring the milk that was ordered. They delivered 20 min past the requested time. AND the cost for two people was $47 (which included the tip they automatically charge). Ridiculous!!! I left so mad that I didn't provide feedback until now because I would have used a bunch of foul language if I had done this earlier. Dont waste your time or ruin your vacation by booking here!!!!

Decent hotel, a little old

This is a reasonable hotel with expected amenities. It’s a decent hotel close to the conference center I was attending. The bed was good, but I had requested extra pillows which were not provided. The bathroom was good. The overall building and decoration was dated.
