How to Get There
The hotel is nicely remodeled. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Most notable was Jared at the ticket desk and Doug the bellman. Both knowledgeable about the are and helped us make plans.
The room have very comfortable beds and are nice. Enjoyed the shuttle service to the parks and the restaurant within walking distance called Fish Bones. Jared at the ticket desk gave us a drink voucher before going which was awesome!
This was an ok hotel, they said that was all booked, but it wasnt so many people and when we asked foe upgrading because we are members they said that they cannot do it. Swimmimg pool was cold. Customer service no very helpful. Not a good experience.
Stayed for 5 nights. Enjoyed the stay. Rooms are spacious . General condition is great with usual items including a microwave. Breakfast is a buffet with a cooking station. Has more than one needs. Found it convinced for park visits. 10 dollars Uber ride to shopping. Very quiet , pool, gym and mostly not crowded. Would definitely stay again.
On the first night when my family and I arrived I requested for additional coffee amenities but they never came. The Front Desk had told me that Housekeeping was busy. This is not an acceptable excuse. Additionally, while we stayed there we had used the shuttle services to Universal Studios and Disneyworld. They need serious improvements. Every morning for 3 days the transfers were late and on the last night when we arrived at the pick up point for the transfer to arrive we waited for more than 30 minutes and it did not show up. We finally took and Uber back to the hotel and made a complaint but all we got was a simple sorry. There was supposed to be follow up but no one got back to us. Front desk people were not really friendly except for Chausa who had helped us with the complaint. I'd like to end off by giving my compliments to Kim and Elizabeth from breakfast who always had glowing smiles and provided excellent service quality to us.
The hotel is nice, staff friendly. The bed in our room was AMAZING very comfortable (I believe it was new as there was a card saying it was). Pool and outdoor area really lovely, kept very clean. The room itself was spacious and would stay here again.
