How to Get There
I stayed for a longer time at this hotel. Very old rooms, cups were always! left dirty, the carpets in the hallways are very dirty, rubbish bins are left full, I tried to order a coffee capsule via front desk once as I run out, after 2 times calling I gave up as it seemed too much to ask for to the lady at reception.
Certainly would not recommend this hotel considering the options in Orlando.
Once again stayed here as it is a IHG hotel. The executive floor breakfast is not like in the other Crowne Plazas. Plastic cups for juice and not much choice but it did the job I guess. Rooms are spacious but old and my toilet flooded twice in one week. They have to start investing.
Very clean and accommodating. Shuttle service to the parks. Staff was absolutely wonderful. They couldn't do enough for us. We were a group of ten women (ladies weekend). So much to do in that area. Great place!
We stayed here during this past Florida Classic weekend. The lobby is gorgeous and the staff is friendly. The rooms need a serious make over. You have a grand lobby and dated rooms. The location and budget is very reasonable. Parking tends to fill up quickly at night. If you’re planning a night on the town, I would suggest you valet when you return to the hotel. You will spend a lot of time trying to self-park at night.
The hotel is very good located. It’s clean and the reception is very good and nice. The parking price was high even if no valet is required. The have a sleeping kit very good. The restaurant is ok but not much selection. Price was good
