How to Get There
So my family and I went to Orlando for a vacation and then when we came back we noticed that they took $350 from our back account because they said we broke a tv. Now firstly they said the broken tv was in the living room but then they said it was in one of the bedrooms. You can tell that they didn’t even know how to lie. They also said it’s the first thing they noticed in the bedroom but in the photos the bed is clearly made which shows that it wasn’t the first thing they noticed. We weren’t even in the room most of the time. We woke up left to universal studios then came back and went to sleep. All I’m saying is that they clearly are scamming us.
The Berkley is an outstanding small resort not far from Disney. The units were spacious and quiet. We watched Disney fireworks nightly from our balcony which overlooked the lake. The staff was very responsive and friendly. I'd definitely stay there again in the future.
We had to walk because a horrible guest in a big F150 kept parking in handicap. My daughter can't walk so we had to park a great distance away. The room was a 4 but the staff just let a bad guest do whatever he wanted. I won't go back.
