Cleanest place ever!
Reviewed 4 weeks ago

This was our second time staying here. We came back due to enjoying the cleanliness of our previous stay. I was a little worried it wouldn’t be the same, since there are different owners and place has a different name, but I was not disappointed. We stayed in a two bedroom. It’s so roomy and nice and totally feels like home. There was not anything dirty in our suite...not one hair, no bugs. The bedding and towels were clean. The sofa sleeper appeared to be new and was clean. The kitchen was clean and had everything needed to shop and cook your own food while staying...a fridge, oven, pans, dishes, cups, coffee maker. There’s a dish washer and dishwasher detergent provided in the kitchen also. They don’t give towels regularly as there’s a washer and dryer in the room and laundry detergent provided. We loved that as we were able to wash sandy swimsuits throughout our stay and our clothes before we came home. The main pool was closed for repairs so we were a little bummed. However, the smaller pool was still open and we were offered to swim at their sister hotel a few miles away. They also waived the resort fees for the inconvenience. We were busy with plans going to Aquatica, the beach and Discovery Cove, so we only used the smaller pool once and never did check out the pool at the other hotel. The game room was a fun little place for my kids to play air hockey, a racing game, and get little toys from the machines. They also have a movie theatre we checked out, which is really nice, but didn’t use due to being gone during the day and so tired at night. Staff was very nice and helpful. Overall, I would highly recommend this place and I would return to stay again as well.

Good location, Well maintained. But no resort activities

Found resort pleasant and clean. Enjoyed well maintained large pool and hot tub. Units spacious and well maintained but there are few if any planned activities. Has Shuttle to Parks but only return from Disney is after 10pm. Good location to Disney and other parks. Small resort so pool never really crowded. Responded to all requests in timely manner but at times desk staff rather cool and unfriendly. Other staff friendly.

Good

Depending on what you’re looking for, this place is pretty good. We were on the top floor, but I would be concerned about noise transfer on any other floor...as I could actually hear the kids footsteps running round our unit... the 3 bedroom was HUGE. I must admit, it was among the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in. Much cleaner than the presidential suite we stayed in at Bonnet Creek last year. The carpet is dated and stained though. Used the ‘jacuzzi’ tub every night! It was great! And being an ‘air’ tub...more sanitary than an actual jacuzzi.

Overall the place felt a bit strange. It was gated and felt safe, just strange.

If I were looking for a resort to hang out in all week, this would not be it...but for a few nights - with time mostly spent in the parks, this place was perfect. Location to the parks is close enough.

The real advantage here is the space and privacy you get with your traveling crew.

I got a great deal. If I paid a premium, my review may be less favorable.

Worst resort stay
Reviewed 1 month ago

So, my family and I booked a week in a 2 bedroom unit. We arrived Saturday the 9th of March. All's well at this point. Weather is great, rooms are decent. Come Monday the 11th, there's a note in the elevator telling us that the big pool is out of service for maintenance. Until April 8th! Who takes a pool out of service smack dab in the middle of March break? Not only that, upon talking to the front desk, they'd known since Friday. At no point did they attempt to advise us before the pool was drained. The little pool is still working, however, they are jackhammering the big pool. Loud noises now permeate the entire resort.

Our vacation is now ruined. The compensation for loss of use of the he big pool? A lousy $25 gift card. I'm not even joking. They seem to think that charging us full rate during the high season and then taking away a service is copacetic. And that a non offer would somehow make things up. Try explaining to a 5 yo that the resort his parents booked is now completely useless.

I would give these people 0/5 if I could. Because they do not deserve any stars at all.

Wonderful Week

Great resort, not too big, but very welcoming. Spacious rooms, we had a 3 bedroom and everyone was very comfortable. Restaurants and shopping were very close along with access to major highways. Magic Kingdom, Epcot and all other parks were very near, we could see the fireworks clearly from our balcony, pretty cool, didn't ecpect that. Staff was very accommodating, checkin and checkout were a breeze. Highly recommend this resort. The only request I have is to have Magnifying mirrors in bathrooms for us old folks. That would be so nice.
