How to Get There
When we drive up and walk in to check in, we just get smiles on our faces! Nicole (concierge) is always so helpful each time we come (3-4 times/year). This year, checking in, we were helped by Antonio and Erica at the front desk. They made our most recent stay so very comfortable! When I was out at the pool, Manuel always made sure my ice water was refreshed regularly, and Nicole (pool service) is just the best! From day to day, she would tell me the drink of the day, and remember that I loved to have fries with my drink, and she called me by name. (with so many people at the pool, I don't know how she does it!) These friendly faces make us want to continue to come back!
This is our 4th visit here. We enjoy staying at the villas as there is so much to do in the area. One perk is the shuttle to take you over to the shopping/restaurant areas. We enjoy the lazy river at the hotel, my husband loves the golf course. The grilling areas are so nice. We had a big family grilled dinner and it was amazing!
Very comfortable suite location towards the back of the property (quiet) right along the fairway. Convenient location next to Scottsdale shops and restaurants. Excellent breakfast buffet on Westin property. All the staff were very friendly and courteous.
Our villa was roomy and beautifully furnished. The large balcony has a comfortable sitting area. The grounds were very well maintained and the pool area was very clean. As a villa guest you have full use of the facilities at the Westin Hotel next door. The family loved the lazy river pool complex at the hotel. There is a bagpiper that plays at the hotel every evening. You can charge your purchases at the hotel to your villa account. It’s a short walk or shuttle ride to the hotel.
Everyone on the staff was incredibly nice throughout the stay. This includes individuals from all the different departments. There are planned activities every day as well as an interesting wine testing event.
The villa is in a great location that is close to shopping and restaurants. The shuttle is available for some of the nearby mall complexes.
The combination of the beauty of the villas, the friendly staff and service, and the weather made this a great stay.
This is our go-to resort in Scottsdale. We’ve stayed here as long as four weeks in a single year. Beautiful landscaping, pools and views. Love the snack bar by the “Quiet Pool” (kids go to the other pool) where servers bring complimentary water and wait on us hand and foot. We sit under the large canopy which protects us from sun. We enjoyed a passing thunderstorm under the canopy and never felt a drop of water. It was amazing. There are numerous restaurants nearby and shopping galore. We love this place! There is also access to the Westin Resort Hotel within walking distance which has a salon/spa with a multitude of services.
