How to Get There
I thoroughly enjoyed this stay. The decor was modern and very colorful with a central location to many sites. The pools were very clean and entertaining...colorful rafts provided. The bar made an excellent French 75 drink!
Having written to lodge my complaint and no receiving no response -
Pool dirty, rooms cramped with no milk only powdered, no safe , stained towels and a charge greater than Vegas for “ resort fees “ - when I asked the receptionist I was advised it was for the pool, WiFi and cycles - I expect 2 of these for free.
Given it’s part of a hip chain that includes “ the Ned” where I have eaten before it is way off the mark and needs to raise its game. Also the corridors and ice machine areas are dirty.
I stayed at this property on a business trip. The property was very average. Definitely needs updating and cleaning. I did not have any issues but I certainly would not classify this property as 4-Star.
We only stayed one night at this hotel (thankfully) and I can honestly say I have never seen anything like it. We were part of a group touring the West Coast and while Scottsdale itself is worth a visit, this hotel is not. All hotels on the tour are meant to be of 4 star standard but if this is 4 star I will eat hay with a donkey! I would expect better from a hostel. Had we not been part of a tour we would have left and gone elsewhere.
It took over an hour for our cases to reach the room. We went for a drink in the bar only to be bombarded with foul language from the bartender because some Australians had been in for a drink earlier (their cases must have arrived sooner than ours!) and left without giving her a tip.
I have attached photos of the so-called balcony, the state of the wardrobe door and shelving that we were supposed to put our clothes on - it looked like the aforementioned donkey had got there before us !
I was just given a staycation for my birthday and it was amazing. Besides getting a poolside suite, everything was great as far as the service and hotel. Yanelli was an astronomical help with anything that I needed. Elisha assisted tremendously in helping me find a brunch place, along with other ideas, and Cisco at the restaurant guided me to one of the most delicious benedicts ever, was patient, and attentive!
Thank you guys!
