Gorgeous Room Nice view
Reviewed 2 days ago

I checked in around 2am to this hotel. It was a bit difficult to find the entrance, since it was after hours and most of the doors were locked. When I got in there, and got checked in, I was on the 16th floor. My room was lovely. It had nice high ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, with nice blackout drapes that kept the room dark to sleep in. The "Heavenly" branded bed was like sleeping on a cloud. I had a hard time getting out of it b/c it was so comfortable. There is plenty of closet space, and a microwave and mini fridge in the room. It had one of those rain shower heads that was amazing as well. My only complaint here, is that the bathroom needed to be cleaned a little bit better. I found a bar of soap in between the shower curtains on the edge of the tub from a previous guest. Also, there were several pubic hairs in the bathtub and on the walls. This totally grosses me out. If the staff spends a little more time cleaning, then I think this would be a perfect hotel choice.

Another beautiful Westin

When we were able to obtain the weekend rate at the luxurious downtown Westin, it was ridiculous to stay at a lesser property for the same price (or even slightly more) although the other hotels provided a free breakfast and parking. I have to admit that we are into luxury and have never missed with the Westin brand. However, charging some $37 for overnight valet parking was a bit much when I very easily walked a couple of blocks to and from the public parking area that charged me $8.

So far the best centrally located hotel in town

The room was well appointed and VERY comfortable. The hotel is located at the top of an office building taking up the last 6 or so floors. The front office staff were helpful and accommodating. Two small problems during our short stay - 1] they had problems with the internet and 2] the hotel pool was down for maintenance. Please note the only parking is valet parking and the price is $34.00 per overnight.

I want to go back!

What an incredible hotel. So uniquely designed, but with a great feeling of privacy as the elevators are set quite far back from the entrance. I really appreciate the emphasis on wellness and fitness, and LOVED the little lavender sleep balm by the side of the bed.

Very easy to walk around downtown. It took us about 15 minutes to walk to the Talking Stick Arena. Also, we had a stunning view from our room and enjoyed watching the planes take off and land.

Calm and Relaxing

As usual, the Westin, delivers an exceptional experience. I only stayed overnight for a Saturday meeting; however, after rushing out of work to catch a plane, what a pleasure to sink into the comfort of a Westin room - spacious, comfortable, and the BEST shower of any hotel room.
