Beautiful Pools and Fabulous Restaurant!

Some of the rooms need updating. I picked my room from the Hilton app prior to arrival and had picked the main building based on reviews. It was close to most amenities, however the main building rooms are in need of updating, our room had a view of an adjacent roof and air conditioning unit and the bathrooms are small. I would recommend this resort due to the beautiful grounds and pool amenities but would pick a different building other than main for the room. The Different Point of View Restaurant and Lounge were amazing. The food was delicious and it was one of the best views I have ever experienced.

What a beautiful place!

Great service at this unique resort. A little hot this time of year, but we expected that. Minor issue when we checked in, but the staff corrected it immediately. Great views from just about any room. We had a wonderful time and a wonderful experience.

Could do better

Stayed here for 4 nights in a Mountain View Suite.

The good. Room was great, comfortable and in a quiet location. During the mid week, the pool area was empty so we felt like we had the place by ourselves.

The bad. On the weekend the place was packed with people having day passes to the pool areas. So parking was simply impossible when we arrived and because of the quiet location we had to drag our bags up stairs and a couple of hills to get to our room. When we checked in we were shown a way to our building but with no car parks close of little or no use, then the directions were terrible and signs to our location virtually non existent on the route we were told to go. To make matters worse when we checked out and got the obligatory, “how was your stay” we gave them this feedback and they just simply switched off, if you didn’t really want to know, don’t ask. As a diamond member of many years it felt pretty poor.

Anyway, apart for the unsatisfactory checking in experience and crowds on the weekend which we largely avoided by leaving the hotel it was ok. Midweek was great.
