Hotel older, air conditioning iffy and RUDE night time front desk man

I lit a candle in my room. When I blew it out, the smoke alarm started going off. I couldn't call the front desk from the room phone because they don't work. I went down to the front desk and the gentleman (I use that term loosely) was extremely condescending. I went back up to my room and the alarm has been going off now for almost 30 minutes. The front desk "gentleman" knocked loud on the door. I told him again that the alarm is still going off and kind of chuckled because I felt bad for all the other guests. The front desk "gentleman" said "It isn't funny" and walked away.

I seriously do not think it's funny keeping everyone on the 4th floor awake because the front desk "gentleman" is too incompetent to turn off the alarm. I am extremely insulted. It was an accident, accident's happen. I will never recommend or go to another Hyatt again.

Nice hotel

My husband and I decided to do a little one night staycation and ended up downtown. We enjoyed the bar, loved the restaurant and room was nice. Some things were a little dated and the pool left something to be desired but overall a pleasant stay with very helpful staff.

Excellent Hotel to stay in

Hotel experience was comfortable. Breakfast and dinner in top floor revolving restaurant was great. Good and drinks are spot on. ThermostatA/C was not cooling as well as the heat outside was reaching 113degrees.
