Buisness trip
Reviewed 3 hours ago

Beautiful hotel in the middle of downtown Phoenix. Bed very comfortable, but very high. Room not sound proof real well, could hear TV in next room loudly. Parking very costly at $33 a night. Great sports bar around the corner with great food. Water bottles in room but at a cost of $5.00 each unless you were an elite member. Hotel very large with only one set of elevators, so from some rooms very far away. Only stayed one night and business paid, but if paying on my own I would find a hotel with free parking.

Great Stay

All the staff from the front desk to housekeeping where great! All the staff were super friendly. Rooms were clean and housekeeping was very accommodating when I requested extra coffee and wash clothes.

First time in PHX

As a first time in PHX I was unsure what to expect. I enjoyed the central downtown location of the hotel. It was in close proximity to the convention center and restaurants. The staff were friendly.I had a package delivery while there and was charged a $5 "handling fee" I thought that was borderline tacky. Simply offer that service for free, especially to Hyatt club members.

Family Trip.

Overall this place is a great place to stay. Very friendly staff and the room very clean. My only issue was the fees @ the parking lot. Ask the hotel staff for a parking voucher otherwise you will be paying $ 12 every time you leave the parking lot 😜

Horrible Billing Experience
Reviewed 5 days ago

Stayed at this hotel for BNY Mellon INSITE conference and shared room with a colleague. When he checked out a day earlier we had the front desk assure us his portion of room was billed separately.

Then I received 3 separate billing for the total of the room and have spend the last couple days trying to get this resolved.

This has been the worst experience ever I have had with a hotel in 30 years!!! I have asked for the General Manager to be involved and no response. I will boycott Hyatt and ensure I do not stay at one of their hotels again.
