Comfortable with great service!

Our room was delightful! The fireplace and the patio were such a treat to have in our room. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of towels. The front desk staff was helpful. We will book here for our next stay.

Can’t turn A/C below 72* pack luggage up stairs

We’ve been planning this trip for months we finally get here and the lady in the office was not rude but definitely less than helpful we park and there is a bunch of stairs that we have to pack our luggage up we are not youngsters and my wife has had 2 foot surgeries after my third trip I was all sweaty and wanted to turn A/C down and relax but there is a sign that says not to turn it bellow 72* the wife tried the spa tub and the jets barely worked the light in the bathroom makes a humming noise the bed is uncomfortable and makes loud noises every time you roll over everything in the room is old I wish there was a way we could move to a different resort if you like comfort and convenience this is not the place for you

3 Great Nights
Reviewed 2 months ago

My Husband and I stayed here Feb 1-4 2019. We were greeted my the nicest Lady. She gave us lots of info on the Inn and the Area. Our Room was great! Spacious and clean. We ate at Pietro’s(The only Restaurant at the Inn) 2 out of the 3 nights, and it was amazing, especially the Lasagna. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Scottsdale.

Lovely aspect and quiet
Reviewed 3 months ago

We stayed for three nights as it was close to the golf courses we played and the reviews were generally good. The room was generally clean although a thorough clean under the beds and around the television would be advised as there was a lot of dust which irritated the 2 asthmatics on check in. The beds were fine and the bathroom clean although the hair dryer is an ancient model and worked only on high. There is a microwave and tiny refrigerator for use. Our unit had a view of the golf course from the veranda. There is a washing machine and dryer available for $1.25 per use. It is not enclosed so if your room is nearby it is very noisy as we found out early one morning. It is expensive when you consider there is no breakfast available on site, no proper laundry room etc that you can get at other places. Our choice was based on golf and it was suitable but expensive. My only negative experience was on leaving as an employee came into our room while we were still there and when we said we had a prearranged a late check out he muttered and slammed the door (very hard) in my face.... hence the rating.

Website accurately represents the quality of this Inn perched along the hillside. Pros: A real beautiful get-way with in-room jetted tub and fireplace, clean & beautiful with lovely views. Get wine or food for the room from on-site restaurant. Cons: check in was a bit time-consuming and a light was out in my room that couldn't be repaired during my stay because maintenance had gone home. Also, there was minimal in-room noise from other tubs operating and draining. These experiences didn't dampen a wonderful stay. The jetted tub was a wonderful treat. Take out from Señor Taco a few miles away was affordable and delicious! McDonald's is also a few miles up the hill for an affordable breakfast.
