Wasted Opportunity

Nice setting in a upscale area -- bespoiled by a failed attempt at a resort.

Can't get beyond the mold in the bathtub and unidentified build up in the shower.

Mini fridge was tiny and cool; "freezer" would fit an ice cube tray (not provided) but would not actually freeze water.

Do your WiFi outside unless you can tolerate frequent drops.

Only four stars because we needed to drive for most meals. The grounds are well maintained and rooms large and very clean.Views of golf course and mountains from our balcony were great.Staff in the lobby are friendly and there to help.We told them we were there for our fiftieth anniversary they sent up a bottle of champagne which was a very nice touch.
There are no elevators so if you have trouble with stairs ask for first floor.
The pool is kept very clean .We were there in July so it wasn't crowed at all, if it does get crowded you may not get a lounge ther aren't that many, also not much shade.
A plus is the Italian restaurant by the lobby with very good food and no need to get in your car. The restaurant on the golf course had a great breakfast and beautiful views but neede to drive to.by

Nice stay, service-minded staff, really nice rooms

We visited for one night only but loved in. The staff at check-in were super-friendly. The room we got was really nice and had everything and more than you need when being on the road for some time. Pool area really quiet and relaxing ????????????????
