Casino visit

It is a pretty good casino, a lot of different slots. The food court has a deli, a pizza place and Fat Boys burgers. The dele sandwiches are large and served with potato salad, a lot of meat and cheese.

Nice casino, easily accessible from the highway 101

** I really liked the decor and atmosphere, modern and very clean.
** The video machines were quite fun. I won a little on two different machines.
** It seemed less smoky than many casinos.
-- Some employees were friendly, however when I went to ask for help when my member card didn't work properly the person at the desk rolled her eyes and just said something like just try it again. Customer service was a bit disappointing.
** I went to the hotel part of the facility, it was beautiful. This would be a nice place to stay!

Great Trip

my husband and I spent 3 nights at the Wild Horse Pass and really enjoyed our time there. The hotel was VERY clean and we saw many employees everyday working to keep it that way. Our interactions with the employees was all very positive and we had no issues.
I would recommend that if you are going as couples that you spend the extra cash and upgrade to the king room. We did not and the double bed rooms are not queen size but truly 2 full size beds.
All the food we had at the hotel was delish! The only real drawback was that the casino floor allows smoking and some of that carries over into the restaurants. We aren’t smokers so we found that annoying.
Overall it was a great trip and we would go back in a heartbeat!

Great Service/Sharlyn F and Dave H

We were so taken care of by Sharlyn and Dave! We attended an event for FFA last night. The service was perfect. We were well attended too and details were not missed! We so appreciate this when we have a special night out. We have never been disappointed and plan to return. Thank you!

Shenanigans on 5 dollar slot

I watched 2 people put in more than 100 bucks into this machine with no luck then I tried thinking it would pay off. Well I put my 200 in and I hit 1 row of sevens paying 25 bucks and hit the wheel that paid the lowest of course at 125, put that back in and hit nothing after that. It’s the higher amount supposed to have a higher payback rate? Because that machine was a total ripoff. Would never suggest playing that one and considering never going back to that casino. Can I complain to a state board or something? Thanks
