How to Get There
Coco beach Resort was excellent! From the second I walked in the door, the staff greeted me by name and with complimentary rum punch of course! Our room was immaculate with an amazing pool view! Elmer at the front desk has an excited energy about him which made me feel special all week for my birthday! The pool bar staff was great as well, Joe, Ashton, Chris & Alex! When I return I hope to see them all again. Belize was definitely home away from home with better weather! I also recommended Tuff Enuff Tours for water excursions. Birdman, Captain Bob and Abigail took great care of us and the ceviche was amazing!!
I wish I could give Coco Beach Resort more then 5 stars to say the least. The moment my husband and I arrived at the dock there were staff waiting to help with our suitcases and to show us where to go. The pools and grounds were spotless and kept up with daily (the resort is even nicer in person then photos). Gabrielle was wonderful to come to if you have any questions. Ashton, Alejandro, Joe, and Alex were all fantastic at the bar and always made us feel welcome. The only suggestion I have for Coco Beach Resort is adding frozen coconut mojitos to happy hour! Coco beach was by far the nicest resort we found on Ambergris Caye and we can't wait to be back!
Little more expensive then we liked but the staff (Gabby especially) was helpful and so kind! Definitely seemed to like her job and meeting new ppl.
Swim up bar staff (Joe, Johnny) very personable friendly and great at there job and informative of the beautiful island!
Food at all there locations were great, Friday bbq dinner was awesome!
Could have cleaned the beach more and we could have done without the timeshare like presentation that we felt was very pushy! But other then those things we would stay again! Just far enough from town to get away!
We had a large wedding party come to the resort for a wedding. Staff made it very easy during the process. Extremely friendly and helpful. Pool and beach was amazing. Can’t say enough about this place. Well worth it.
The rooms are nice , the staff is friendly, (Gabby , David ,) At night the mosquitoes will bite you like crazy I think they are immune to the Deet 40. . ITS BAD. We could not sit outside at night. Having free bicycles is a good perk. It far from Belize city. did not like taking a water taxi (hour and half ride) every time you want to go to Belize city and its expensive. The seaweed was bad and smelly.
