Highly recommend, good pricing, right near metro station

Excellent professional customer service, super friendly and helpful. Clean beautiful rooms. Conveniently located near metro. Really loved this location. Comfortable beds. Didn't have chance to try out their restaurants. Overall great hotel experience, highly recommend. Good pricing too for 5 stars.

You should stay here!

This was my first visit to Spain. I have to say that I was impressed. On arrival at the Vincci Gala we were warmly greeted to an impressive hotel.

Check-in was quick and efficient then we went to our beautiful rooms, look at the pictures on here you will not be disappointed. The rooms are clean, modern and very well laid out, the social areas of the hotel can range from small snugs to a main bar with a dining area both inside and outside for those guests wishing to smoke and socialise outside. All parts of the hotel are beautifully decorated.

During our stay, Barcelona experienced some very difficult times so we were unable to spend as much time in the city at night as we would have liked to, however, this was in no way a bad thing as we were just as entertained by the amazing staff and other hotel guests, making new friends along the way.

To Roger and his staff all we can say is you were both professional and fantastic company despite the very unusual and difficult circumstances; You made us feel we were old friends, also to Carlos for his ability to ensure we were well catered for at the bar and for food. I would definitely recommend the Vincci Gala not just for its location but because it feels like a home away from home. Roger, you and your amazing staff are a credit to Barcelona's tourist industry.

Thanks so much for making our time here memorable in all the right ways.

Beautiful and cozy hotel

I have stayed 3 nights at your hotel. When I entered into the hotel fiest I was suprised by unique and beautiful interior.
And the welcome drink(Cava) was very good. On first night, I had some problem on wifi connection in my room so, I called to reception to solve the problem. Then a receptionist, Alrjandro, gave me a new wifi password. But, the problem was not solved with a new password. So, I explained that situation to Alejandro next morning and I found that the problem was solved that nignt. Thanks again Alejandro.
