How to Get There
Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful.
Good locations for shopping and restaurants and within walking distance to the main Gaudi attractions. Rooms are very clean and quite. I did not use gym but looks good. I did not like the indoor pool, too small for swim and too sallow, so we only tried it once.
Wonderful stay - great room with view on 7th floor. Service excellent by all without exception. Breakfast and dinner very good and nothing was too much trouble in a very genuine way. Good location - away from the hustle yet very convenient with shops, tourist attractions and more within easy walking distance.

We had the misfortune to be there during the separatist riots. The hotel itself is truly 5 star, the rooms have everything you could want and the staff can’t do enough for you. However my Mum has a serious lung condition and despite me telling the hotel no feathers in the room we found to our horror a few days into the holiday she has been sleeping on a mattress topper filled with feathers. The staff were apologetic but their Managers to whom we complained and asked for compensation for one night’s stay ( during which my Mum did not sleep with worry ) came up with their own compensation ‘package’ which we declined. They still do not seem to accept the gravity of their error and have chosen to ignore my email complaint to their equivalent Chief Executive. Steer clear if you value your health!
