Loved it!

Lovely hotel, nice interior, super nice rooms and bathrooms, roof top bar and the one thing that surprised me and that I’m still thinking about is this amazing smell throughout the hotel. It stuck with me and we had to go to the reception to ask what it was. Turns out it’s their airfreshener that they’re also selling in this stylish “hotel pulitzer” logo bottles. Had to bring this one home and it really smells so good and lingers in the room for quit some time 🤩

The best Barcelona hotel
Reviewed 5 days ago

Congrats to everybody there! I had a meeting just when I arrived and they managed to immediately find me a room. Apart from that the breakfast was unique, the atmosphere and the design flawless. And most importantly. everything was just near you! all the attractions and the taxi station just opposite the entrance! I had a great great time there and this was my fifth time visiting the city. I surely go there everytime I visit Barcelona.
Congrats again to the manager and the staff. This was a real perfect stay. The only problem : The bar closes at 12.00 and if you need something to drink at this time.

Nice Hotel, Perfect Location !!
Reviewed 1 week ago

My spouse and I stayed at this very nice boutique hotel for two nights June 13-15.
It’s a fantastic location next to the Plaça de Catalunya and steps to Las Ramblas. Our room had a modern look, the bathroom was nicely laid out and the King Bed was very comfortable. They have a nice restaurant, roof top terrace and sitting area off the front lobby. Staff were very helpful. Check out time is 12 noon and we left our luggage with them as we had some extra time to shop. We highly recommend this hotel and the location.

Some tips for the area:

For Starbucks fans, one is located 50 feet from the Hotel.

We visited a couple small grocery stores just steps to the right of the Starbucks. Cold Beer was one euro each and you can buy small food items including bottled water, produce and snacks for your room.

You can purchase hop on off bus tour tickets at the Plaça for 30 euro each, not cheap but a great way to see the city. We highly recommend it.

Skip the breakfast at the Hotel and walk down the street just south of the Starbucks down a lane called Carrer De
Jovellanos then turn right and visit 365 Cafe. It opens at 7am daily. The locals visit there and ask for a large Coffee Americano for 2.50 euro and freshly baked croissants for 1.00 euro each, well worth it.

From there, walk 5 minutes to the famous main open air market that opens at 8am called Mercado de la Boqueria - just off Las Ramblas. You can buy breakfast or lunch items. We purchased fresh sandwiches for lunch, huge figs, fruit bowls, smoothies etc.

Las Ramblas is the main shopping area and I would have brought less clothes and just bought them here as the designs are uniquely European and the prices are quite good especially women’s and men’s shoes - all made in Spain !

Plenty of restaurants in the area too !

What a lovely hotel!!!

I went to the The Pulitzer- Barcelona to prepare for a final exam.
And it was the best decision to take this beautiful hotel.

I fell in love with this Hotel in the first minute. I got welcomed in a lovely and warm way at the front desk.
The room was to the Main Street because I decided to book a balcony what I realised after the first night, wasn’t the best idea to try to study and sleep.
So I swapped the room on day two what was absolutely no problem!!
I never had an easier procedure of anything in another hotel.
I got a call when the other room was ready to move in and it was the best idea I had. This room seemed to be full of daylight and in a plus: it had a bathtub.
I felt HOME <3

The first evening I spent an hour on the roof terrace where I could enjoy the sun.
I realised the next days that, when you take you coffee from the bar downstairs to the roof terrace in the daytime: you have it all for yourself. Quiet and sunny.

I spent 5 days here and every day I met staff in a good mood. Happy. Helpful.

I am definitely coming back!!!

In addition: i forget to take something when I checked out. And the hotel was so helpful and sweet to get it back.
Communication: perfect and easy.

This hotel staff really surprised me with this lovely and professional way they work.

Good Location with Poor Service & Small room
Reviewed 3 weeks ago

The Good
Location is good
Older hotel with recent renovation
Good free old city walking tour
Free Internet
The Bad
Poor front desk service - would not help to get taxi as it was raining with lugages and no taxi
No door man to help for lugages
Thin bathroom walls - could hear next room's guest peeing in their bath room
Can hear next room closing its bathroom heavy sliding door
Limited selection on breakfast buffet
Salty chorizo for breakfast - overly saturated with salt
Smaller room but typical European hotel

Do not recommend this hotel
