I came here on the 21st June for one night but I wish I was staying longer, as it’s such a great hotel. My room was 1207 and the room was perfect! Had excellent view from balcony, plus I had a free mini bar what was excellent. I didn’t have any issues with the lifts and the staff were very friendly. The 2 pools were really nice and the location is really good. I’m definitely coming back here next year!!

Amazing Hotel Close to the Beach

We got an excellent deal on a suite on the 19th floor of this hotel. It is a block away from the beach, right next to a mall and 2 blocks from the subway. From the 19th floor, we could see lots of the sights of the city. La Segrata Familia church, and such sights were not within walking distance, but you could see it from our room. The suite had a small nice living area, large bathroom and large bedroom with a corner balcony that was fabulous. The breakfast is not free, but well worth the small extra fee. Plenty of towels, a robe and slippers, a little package of "extras" (toothbrush, and such) and a very comfy bed. The staff helped us get tickets to visit the famous La Segrata church. They were very helpful giving us directions on how to navigate the city. The hotel has 3 different pools, a nice bar and restaurant, a very spacious lobby and large breakfast room. It was a nice experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Barcelona.

Beware of pickpockets!

Lovely hotel on outskirts of main attractions but we found everywhere easy to get to by metro few mins away. Hotel is 5 mins walk from the beach which is a godsend as you will never get a bed by the tiny rooftop pool lol! There are 364 rooms and only 8 sun beds! There is also a small pool on the 3rd floor which is in the shade all day so good if you have children. Hotel room good size with comfy beds & complimentary soft drinks was a nice touch, the buffet breakfast was excellent. There is also a great shopping mall just next door. Unfortunately my purse was stolen by a pickpocket on train from airport to hotel despite being very careful but I was barged into and nearly knocked over, they are everywhere but in the 4 days here I did not see one police officer I told the receptionist on arrival but they barely bat an eyelid as this happens all the time there & is accepted as the norm so for that reason I would not come back to Barcelona, such a shame they are spoiling this beautiful city.

Decent room but mixed stay
Reviewed 2 weeks ago

Room is quite good, with a decent and large bed and nice sea view
Nice little pluses like the bottle of cava and the free mini bar

But the lifts were AMAZINGLY slow and inconvenient
The bathroom is defo a bit dated
I had issues with my room card twice
My neighbor was incredibly loud
My breakfast was not cleared for 8 hours (despite room being made up in the meantime)

Overall some good basics, but experience not great because of a few poor details

Nice hotel for a short stay

Me and 3 friends stayed here at the beginning of September so the hotel was a bit quieter which was nice as there wasn’t a great deal of space by the rooftop pool. However, walking distance to the beach made it a great location and the room we had was a very good size for 4 people. I was a bit upset as a T-shirt I left on the bed happened to go missing and the hotel didn’t really help with the matter. But overall we had a really good trip!
