I booked this hotel following reading multiple good reviews, for me and my boyfriend to have a trip away. Upon arrival, the reception area seemed relatively small and I realised it is due to construction work still taking place. I would avoid this hotel until all work is done, as it does not have a 4/4.5 star hotel feel at all. From the pictures I expected a pool, and a bar area with a terrace. The main lobby, pool, room suites, main bar area and gym all appear to be under construction and not available to use. As for the room, was very clean and facilities were nice, but average, was also expecting a better view as just had the view of the hotel opposite, and the nice view is what attracted me from the pictures. I won’t be returning, however one good thing was that Elena at reception was lovely, smiley and helpful - which went a long way!

Modern, spiffy room, lovely and uncommonly helpful staff, terrific location.

Steps to major train station with lots of services and walkable to many great sights (i.e. Casa Mila) and other cultural sites. Comfy bed, human sized bath/shower and great TV. Would return there in a heartbeat.

Awesome Location

The hotel is in the PERFECT location!!! Very easy to get to /from the airport. It’s Directly across the street from the main Rail station, in which the rail station includes restaurants, variety of shops, Hop On Hop off bus, taxis & if u want to take a day trip via Rail or metro or bus into the city center. The hotel also has a grocery store around the corner, & restaurants within walking distance. The neighborhood is very safe as I was a solo traveler & felt comfortable walking after dark. The hotel itself is under construction but noise of the construction was very limited as I was on the 10th floor. The room was nice and spacious & very clean (1003) with AC. There was a mini bar with a variety of drinks & snacks. I did not get my room serviced the 1st day & upon returning to my room late the front desk called to confirm that I did not need any additional amenities. The ice machine did not work on my floor but room service brought me ice with no extra charge. The front desk clerk was very attentive and remembered by name from me previously calling the hotel to confirm reservations & each time he seen me addressed me by my name. Upon check in the lobby was busy and he was the only person working. He handled the stress with professionalism and got everyone checked in expeditiously, including assisting a gentleman of Asian decent where there was an apparent language barrier that he handled with ease. There was two types of refreshing beverages in the lobby and sweet treats which was a plus. The only thing that would have made my stay even better was if there was a pool to use. With the Spa closed due to renovations there was no access.

Great Location!

This hotel had a great location and was very clean. We were a 15-45 minute walk to the main highlight locations of Barcelona. We were a 10 minute walk away from the Pride festivities that were going on the day we were there. The only negative was the room was pretty hot. Barcelona was going through a heat wave and the air in the room couldn’t keep up. The front desk was great and put a fan in our room so everything worked out!

Fantastic location and brilliant rooms

The location is fantastic, it is located by the Barcelona Sants station, this will get you all around the city. The rooms are amazing and give a beautiful view (depending on what floor you're on).
The staff are friendly and make you feel welcome.

All the rooms have access to WiFi and have a mini bar
