How to Get There
We went to Cartagena with a large group of 85+. We researched and spoke with multiple hotels in Cartagena. This Hilton was by far of the best option and we are SO glad we found it and brought our group here!
JAIRO in Sales and DIEGO in Food & Beverage were THE BEST hotel staff we have ever worked with. Kudos to them and their teams! They both were key to making our group's experience so wonderful.
We're a group with travelers that have been to every continent (while others haven't left their home town) and residents of 12 countries - and we all had a great time and loved our stay.
Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights.
Room was clean and smelled good.
Room service was on top. We had clean towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner all the time.
The view was amazing (ocean view)
The pool was clean and not crowded.
Excellent hotel that has everything.Well kept, very friendly and helpful staff. Buffet breakfast was spectacular and had everything and Gustavo treated us like family. The pools were great, plenty of loungers and chairs. Bars and poolside restaurant were reasonably price with good food and drink. And right past the pool was beach access. Easy walk to local restaurants, less than 10 minute ride to the Walled City for 10,000 pesos. Highly recommend it, special shout out to Juan Jose at the front desk for all his help with the ATM machine and great recommendations on restaurants.
We had been here before, and wanted to bring our family on this trip.We had a wonderful time, everything was better than perfect. Its a true resort.Omarcwas a huge help, and Felix also. The breakfast buffet was over the top.The area is fun and lively and lots to do.
I can’t say enough good things about this Hilton! Specifically the people working here. We have been working with Jairo in sales for 6 months to bring our team of 90 down for a work conference and he has taken care of everything from meals on site, to helping us contact and negotiate with restaurants around the city! In 20 years of working with hotels for events, Jairo is by far the best! Highly recommend this Hilton for a group!
The rooms are gorgeous, and I don’t think there is a room with a bad view, although admittedly I’ve only been into 6 sleeping rooms. They have all been gorgeous.
The housekeeping team has been phenomenal and kind. Our room has been 100% taken care of.
Las Chivas, the breakfast/lunch restaurant has good food and great service. Diego, the manager, greets us by name every time we walk in, and within 2 days knew exactly what we needed in way of coffee preferences and food. He is an incredible asset to this Hilton as well. My favorite, in way of food is the omelette station, and pastelitos gloria!
I’m sure I’m missing someone or something to rave over, but in summary, I highly recommend this Hilton!
